In this guide
Betnices is a free publication. To fund our work, we sometimes earn a commission when a reader clicks a partner link and signs up with an operator. This page explains how that works and what it means for our editorial independence.
How affiliate links work
An affiliate link is a tracked link to a third-party website. If you click it and complete a qualifying action, such as creating an account or making a deposit, the operator may pay us a commission. The commission comes from the operator, not from you. Your price is the same.
How we label partner links
Where a link is a commercial partner link, we aim to label it clearly. We use attributes such as rel="sponsored" and rel="nofollow" on partner links, and we include a disclosure near offers and calls to action.
Does it influence our ratings?
No. Our editorial criteria are set out in our how we rate casinos and editorial policy pages. A commercial relationship does not guarantee a positive review, a higher score, or a place in a ranking. We can and do criticise operators.
If we cannot verify an operator’s licensing or terms, we will say so. If an offer has poor conditions, we will point that out even if it is commercially available.
Why we use partners
Affiliate revenue allows us to publish free guides and to spend time researching operators, terms, and player safety issues. It is one of the standard funding models for independent comparison sites.
What we do not do
- We do not sell editorial ratings.
- We do not promise positive coverage in exchange for payment.
- We do not hide commercial relationships.
- We do not present an offer as suitable for everyone.
Your choice
You are never obliged to use our links. If you prefer, you can visit an operator directly. Using our links supports the site and helps us keep the content free.
Questions
If anything about our commercial relationships is unclear, email [email protected]. We will explain how a specific link or offer is funded.
