bet365 online casino review

When I look at the bet365 NJ online casino what’s available is a shadow of the range of bonus deals other players enjoy from the same brand overseas. In the US-facing platform the only offers that are currently available for members is the welcome bonus and weekly prize pools. The other aspect of the bet365 online casino welcome bonus that I consider a downside is the wagering requirement. For one the rollover is only restricted to slots with no double-up bonus and you must wager both the deposit and bonus cash you receive 20x before you can cash out. This means that if you decide to load $500 as your initial buy-in you’ll end up with the burden of wagering $20000 on eligible slots just to meet the requirements and cash out any winnings.Even with its shortcomings the welcome bonus is still one of the more lucrative deals I’ve seen in the USA’s iGaming scene. To give you an idea Tropicana and Virgin both have a $100 cashback welcome bonus which is nowhere near the $1000 offered here. A no-deposit deal here would up the ante and a handful more promotions for returning players would have gone a long way as well. All in all the bet365 NJ online casino welcome bonus is an excellent start. If you prefer having a crack at a continuous stream of perks and garner comp points while in the gaming lobby you are better off playing elsewhere.

Bet365 offers only a total of 450+ games. This lack of variety is below the US iGaming industry average of 300 to 500 games with many offering well over 600 titles.

Online slot machine fans have the most options with 415 titles followed by 35 table games alongside 11 video poker variants and 11 poker card games. Lastly there are five progressive jackpot games in the lobby.

Despite the small number of online casino games available at the bet365 online casino the lobby has a few tricks hidden up its sleeves. For instance there are 36 exclusive online slot games that you can relish here. The exclusives include titles like Mariachi de Los Muertos Ferocious Dawn and Book of Claddagh.

Additional bet365 game details

With about 20 casino software developers backing the casino bet365 is well within the US market average where 10 to 20 game providers supply most operators.

Alongside its proprietary bet365 Games studio the casino lobby is supplied by games from leading software developers such as NetEnt casinos Playtech IGT Betsoft Yggdrasil Big Time Gaming NextGen and Play’n GO.

When I looked at the casino lobby for this bet365 online casino review I was downright underwhelmed by what’s currently available.Even before I talk about the dismal collection of games I was disappointed to discover that the casino doesn’t offer any of its games in demo play. For my gaming I prefer a casino that allows me to at least get a taste of the games available in the lobby  before I can spend real cash.Another reason this section of the bet365 online casino review garnered a low score is the lack of live dealer games. As a result NJ players who yearn for a more interactive style of play will have to switch to platforms like Golden Nugget or just go to Atlantic City altogether.Oh and there’s only one progressive jackpot slot in the lobby which thankfully is the Divine Fortune online slot one of the most popular of its kind.If I had to pick one positive here it would be that while the casino only offers 450+ games in total it appears that bet365 NJ online casino opted for a quality over quantity approach. So whichever title you pick you are in for a treat thanks to cutting-edge graphics and highly rewarding in-game bonus power-up features.

The options you’ll find at bet365 include bank transfer VISA MasterCard Maestro PayPal PayNearMe PaySafeCard Skrill bet365 MasterCard and cash at the casino cage. You must however bear in mind that PayNearMe and PaySafeCard can’t be used to cash-out money from your casino account.

While all deposit transactions are instant across all the supported payment channels cashing out speeds will vary from one payment method to another. Using the bet365 MasterCard is the fastest way to cash out as your money will be processed instantly.

Withdrawals using PayPal and Skrill will be processed within 24 hours whereas bank transfers and other card options will take anything from 1 to 5 days. Physical cash withdrawals at the cashier cage in Hard Rock Atlantic City will also be processed instantly.

Upon launching the casino it was exciting to find that the operator has partnered with trailblazing software developers such as NetEnt IGT and Playtech. That along with a handful of bespoke titles from bet365 Games really wet my appetite right off the bat. The lobby has an ample mix of chartbuster titles like the classic NetEnt slot Starburst and Playtech’s Miss Fortune as well as unique proprietary releases from bet365 Games like Book of Claddagh. The other plus of playing at bet365 online casino is the seamless interface where you don’t need to download any software to your devices to start playing. You can fire up all the games in the lobby right from your browser.Looking at the negatives not all the smash hits from Playtech are available in the lobby. For example why are games from the Age of Gods slots series missing in this Playtech-powered lobby? Not to mention other top developers like High 5 Games and SG Digital aren’t featured on the site. Then there’s the absence of a live casino developer. A handful of live versions of blackjack roulette and poker would have been welcomed additions on top of the standard variants of the game that are currently available.

Bet365 online casino ranks among the cream of the crop when it comes to deposits and withdrawals. I liked that you have plenty of fast secure and reliable options to pick from when loading your buy-ins or cashing out and the house doesn’t directly charge any fee for the transactions. While the minimum deposit could be slightly better it is on par with the industry average of $10. The Tropicana Atlantic City Online Casino has the most favorable low minimum deposit limit set at $5 only. When it comes to cashing out bet365 allows you to cash out even just a single dollar as long as you do it via the cashier cage at the Hard Rock Hotel Casino in Atlantic City. The other cash-out option that I found favorable is the exclusive bet365 MasterCard where you can enjoy the perks of instant withdrawal casinos for only $5.This branded bet365 card is super convenient for withdrawing as it’s the only online channel you can use for instant cash-outs. All other online payment methods will need some patience on your end as you’ll have to wait from a few hours to 5 days for your money to reflect in your account. On top of the friendly variety the payment policy is transparent and I liked that I didn’t even need to be logged in to the account to know about my options and limits. The only thing that is probably missing here is Neteller Discover and Amex as they are among the most popular payment methods for online casino fans.

The bet365 online casino platform legally operates under a license approved by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (NJDGE). On top of that the NJDGE is also responsible for testing the Random Number Generator (RNG) used on the casino games available on the platform to guarantee safety and fairness.

There’s an RG (Responsible Gaming) stamp at the top left corner of the homepage which heads to a dedicated page packed with tools to help you gamble responsibly. Here there are six tools namely My Activity Deposit Limits Spend Limits Session Limits Time-Out and Self-Exclusion to assist you in staying in control of your gambling.

Bet365 is the second of three skins legally allowed to offer online casino betting services under the license issued to the Hard Rock Casino Atlantic City the biggest casino in New Jersey. The other two online skins operating this land-based casino’s license are Unibet and the venue’s own Hard Rock Online Casino platform.

No doubt the bet365 online casino is easily among the safest and most secure online casinos that I’ve come across in the US iGaming world. After all the brand has a reputation to uphold. Right from the homepage you can see all the badges from regulatory authorities and safer gambling organizations. All these logos are hyperlinks to respective pages should you require more information.A unique aspect with the security at bet365 is that the platform operates an Information Security Management System (ISMS) to protect confidentiality and information availability. The ISMS at bet365 has an ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification an internationally recognized information security standard. The platform scores higher than most US casinos but it could still do better. I would like to see how the NJDGE tests the games for fairness and audits the individual RTPs. That aside bet365 has foolproof security and the numerous positive reviews that it generally has online make it even more trustworthy. In fact it features as one of out top most secure online casinos in the US.

If you ever get stuck while playing your favorite games at bet365 worry not as the platform’s customer support system is among the best in the USA. There’s a comprehensive FAQs section detailed terms and conditions and live chat and toll-free phone support are available 24/7.

As part of our comprehensive bet365 online casino review we tested each support channel. Live chat was the fastest as we received instant responses with no waiting times or queues. In addition the answers we got were straightforward and helpful.

When it came to email support the responses usually came in a few hours and depending on the complexity of the question it took a little longer but no more than a day.

Support at the bet365 NJ online casino is stellar. I can’t say that I had any major issues with the service.Unlike some platforms where live chat and phone support are restricted to a specific number of hours bet365 is there for you round the clock. The phone support is also toll-free meaning that I did not have to spend a dime when talking to the agents. One of the reasons bet365 didn’t get top marks is that there’s no direct access to the support. Whenever you click ‘Help’ for assistance you’ll have to go through the FAQs before getting the ‘Contact Us’ tab under the General menu of the FAQs.Speaking of the FAQs the section is comprehensive and for a lot of queries there’s no need to contact support. There’s also a ‘Search’ function in the FAQs where you can type in your question and you’ll receive some quick DIY solutions.

The user experience of the bet365 online casino is modern. Getting started as a new player is easy and the navigation is intuitive while players should expect no difficulties when accessing the casino menus.

The full suite of games is available on the mobile app and the app itself is available on both iOS and Android.

Like most real money US casinos there are a total of 13 mandatory fields that you are required to fill and 3 clickable boxes to complete registration. The process will take a few minutes and you can head over to the lobby to pick your favorite games in seconds thanks to the filtering system.

The casino shares its platform with the bet365 sportsbook which can be swapped to from the tabs at the top.

The game filtering system here is a treat as it allows you to pick from Featured Originals Bonus Slots Video Slots Jackpots Arcade and Table & Card options. Better yet if you have a specific title that you’d like to play there’s a search function that comes in handy. The platform is great on mobile as well and it’s nice to see the full suite of games available. Not all online casinos are fully available on mobile so this was a nice plus.Compared to platforms like Golden Nugget it could be better. For example no complex filtering system is present to allow you to search games from software providers similar themes or in alphabetical order. The need for complex filtering aside bet365 is a beauty to navigate. With a sportsbook section available in a click as well there’s no reason I would give the usability of the platform less than 90 out of a possible 100.
