Fortune Wheelz casino review

Fortune Wheelz could have easily gotten a higher score in this section. With six ongoing promos it beats out even established brands like Chumba with five ongoing promos. The problem comes down to one word — value. The welcome bonus offers no FC so you can’t try for cash prizes in the beginning. Of the 16 options on the Wheel of Fortune seven of them also don’t offer FC. I had an unlucky roll in the beginning and had to wait 12 hours to hopefully get some FC.As for the other promos they all involve purchases. The payment promos and Wheel of Treasure have excellent value but require purchases. The refer-a-friend offers huge value but also requires a purchase of up to $19.99. In a world where most sweeps no-purchase casino bonuses are eager to hand out free sweeps currency Fortune Wheelz stands out as being unnecessarily stingy.

Fortune Wheelz sweeps casino has 96 games on offer. These include 67 slots 26 jackpots and three fish games. There are no classic table games or live games at Fortune Wheelz casino.

Games are only available to registered players and no demos are available. You’ll need to use GC or FC to play the games with the minimum entry fee generally being 100 GC or 20 FC.

Let’s not beat around the bush — 96 games for a sweeps games library is tiny. No matter how you look at it it’s a small number especially when you have sweeps casinos like Pulsz hitting 700+ games. As for the games themselves there are positive things to say. There are a lot of great jackpots on offer and some fun slots including a lot of player-favorite Hold ‘N’ Link slots. The fish games are a standout letting you shoot fish to get coins with each bullet costing currency and each fish giving you more based on a multiplier. They’re a load of fun and worth trying out.Still a few more games especially some classic table games like blackjack and roulette could have gone a long way to making this library more varied and worth trying out.

Fortune Wheelz sweeps casino has one software provider that powers all of its games — NetGame Entertainment.

None of the NetGame games require any download and can be played instantly. There are no live software providers at Fortune Wheelz.

If you’re thinking that this section is a little short that’s ’cause well…it is. There’s not really much to say about a casino that only forks out for one software provider.Even High 5 Casino a sweeps casino that exists solely to promote High 5 Games’ in-house software knows the value of having multiple providers and partners with NetEnt and Pragmatic Play games two of its biggest competitors. For an established company like A1 Development to only have one provider is to be blunt a bit cheap. That said NetGame Entertainment is a reputable provider with fast glitch-free games that have plenty of unique features. It’s also nice to be able to play instantly with no download required. I’m glad that Fortune Wheelz picked well in this department at least.

There are four purchase methods and five redemption methods at Fortune Wheelz casino. You can purchase using VISA Mastercard Discover or Apple Pay.

You can then request redemptions using VISA Apple Pay PayPal bank transfer or by requesting a gift card.

Purchases are instant though redemption can take up to three days to be processed. Minimum redemption for prize redemption is 25 Winnings which can be redeemed for gift cards or cash prizes at a rate of 1 to $1.

I was happy to see so many payment options available at Fortune Wheelz casino. In particular I liked the variety of methods — cards e-wallets bank transfers and gift cards are all represented.I was also happy to see the low minimum required for redemptions. It’s hard enough as is to get Winnings so only needing 25 of them before you can redeem something is a big plus.My only nitpick is with the redemption times and the high minimum purchase. WOW Vegas has a minimum purchase of only $0.99 so Fortune Wheelz having a minimum purchase of $4.99 is a bit steep. None of these are major problems though and overall I’m very happy with the payment options on display.

Fortune Wheelz is owned by A1 Development a reputable company with three other sweeps casinos in its portfolio: Funrize Tao Fortune and NoLimitCoins.

Fortune Wheelz boasts a strong 384-bit SSL encryption with ECDSA cryptography also known as elliptic-curve cryptography to keep your private information safe.

There is no Responsible Gambling page or section on Fortune Wheelz’s site and no links to helpful organizations can be found in the header or footer. A conversation with a support agent confirmed there is a self-exclusion tool by request however there is no information about this tool on the site and no other RG tools exist.

The safety portion of this Fortune Wheelz review has been one of immense emotional highs and lows for me. I was overjoyed to see strong SSL encryption only to be shocked when I saw the almost complete lack of anything RG-related. Let’s start with the good. Fortune Wheelz boasts an incredibly powerful 384-bit SSL encryption with ECDSA technology. For context your standard sweeps casino uses 256-bit with RSA algorithms which takes roughly 3.31 x 1056 years to crack using current state-of-the-art methods. Fortune Wheelz going for overkill with the SSL means your data is not only locked up tighter than Fort Knox but also future-proofed from any potential advancements in hacking technology that might get through your standard encryption. Now for the bad — no RG section is simply inexcusable. Even though sweeps casinos aren’t obliged to have an RG section any sweeps casino worth its salt will have at the minimum an RG page with links to helpful organizations and some tools and info available. To have nothing is far below expectations; I expect better from an established company like A1 Development.

If you run into any problems Fortune Wheelz offers two customer support options: live chat and email. Both options offer 24/7 support. There is no phone support or FAQ section.

Live chat is present as a sticky button on the bottom right of the screen. Clicking on it will bring up a bot that will try to answer your question but you can be forwarded to an agent on request.

Agents were always available within seconds of requesting one and answers were clear and detailed.

I’ve seen plenty of sweeps casinos without phone support or live chat but I can’t say I’ve ever seen one without an FAQ section. At least I couldn’t say that up until today.Having no FAQ section is a bit weird. Most players myself included prefer to solve a problem by ourselves before seeking help plus it’s just helpful to have all the information there and readily available. That said the agents were very helpful and eager to answer all my questions. Any confusion such as my confusion with the lack of safety tools was immediately resolved. Fortune Wheelz has a solid team on its hands that easily makes up for the lack of support options.

Fortune Wheelz casino is easy to use with a quick sign-up process. Users can choose to create an account or sign up through their Google or Facebook accounts.

The site is available on both desktop and mobile with the full suite of games available on both platforms. There is currently no Fortune Wheelz mobile app.

Players can favorite games and then filter through them using seven filters: all games new popular hot fishing favorites and jackpot. There is no search bar available at Fortune Wheelz sweeps casino.

There’s plenty to like about Fortune Wheelz’s platform. The pleasing green-on-yellow color scheme allows for fast traversal with all the important buttons and filters clearly visible. The site also boasts fast loading times on mobile and desktop so you can browse quite quickly through the whole site. My main gripe is with the lack of both a mobile app and a search bar. I get that Fortune Wheelz doesn’t have a lot of games but a search bar is still helpful. Mobile apps also optimize the site even further for mobile gaming. Regardless I’m happy with the platform Fortune Wheelz has and had a good time browsing through the site.
