Jackpota casino review

If it’s value you’re looking for then Jackpota is the place to go. For context the minimum entry fee for Jackpota’s games is 40 GC so starting out with 9000 GC means you’ve got 225 spins right off the bat. The daily login bonus of 1500 GC is another 37 spins every day though it is a shame it’s set to a 24-hour timer. This means if you have a busy day and end up entering in the evening you won’t get your next daily login immediately the next morning. There’s also the lack of promos in general to talk about. No refer-a-friend VIP program or social media tournaments means you’re pretty much banking on the value of the daily login to get spins. I’d like to see at least one of these come into play soon as they’re a staple of sweeps casinos as can be seen with WOW Vegas. Still I’m not too disappointed. I should be angrier considering the lack of promos in general but the great value that the existing promos and tournaments have are good enough for now.

Jackpots has 712 casino games. These consist of 706 slots one poker table one blackjack table one live blackjack table one live baccarat table and two live roulette wheels.

The minimum entry for most games is 40 GC though some are set at 70 or 75 GC. The live games have the highest minimum entry fee at 1000 GC for the roulette wheels and 2000 GC for the baccarat and blackjack tables. There are no demos for any of the games.

Few other sweeps casino comes close to this number of games in its library. Even an established brand like BetRivers.NET falls short with 500+ games in its library. The variety is great with megaways hold and win unlimited play arcade slots and even table and live games present. I’d have liked to see baccarat and roulette present outside of the live option since the entry fee for live games is so high but I’m happy they’re present at all.I do have to say it is ironic that a site called Jackpota is lacking in jackpots. I’m willing to close one eye since the library is so huge but they really should consider adding jackpots or getting a name change.

Jackpota sweepstakes casino has 17 software providers as well as its bespoke software. One of those software providers BETER Live provides all of the live games for the platform on a 24/7 basis.

The majority of games are provided by Pragmatic Play which provides 314 games. The rest offer anything between four and 50 games. No download is required to play any of the casino games.

It’s very hard to be a critic when Jackpota gives me nothing to be critical about. It’s absolutely nailed this section hands down.By bringing in big names like Pragmatic Play and NetEnt Jackpota has ensured favorites like the Big Bass series can be found on its site. By also having lots of smaller providers like Fantasma and Spade Gaming Jackpota has brought variety to its library.Toss in a bespoke software and instant-play as well as 24/7 live service games and it’s got a software offering that only its sister casino Hello Millions has been able to match.

Jackpota has eight transaction methods available. These are VISA Mastercard Skrill Google Pay Apple Pay ACH instant banking and gift cards. VISA Mastercard Google Pay and Apply Pay can be used for purchases while Skrill ACH instant banking and gift cards can be used for redemptions.

Payment packages also give you access to live chat and exclusive Jackpota games. All transactions are processed instantly with no transaction fees. Redemptions take over four days to be processed and require 10 SC minimum for gift cards or 75 SC minimum for a cash option.

Let’s get the obvious complaint out of the way — the redemption terms are harsh. 10 SC minimum for gift cards is great but a 75 SC minimum for a cash option is a lot and 4+ days to process seems a bit extreme. This is especially noticeable when Skrill is an option which is well known for its fast processing times. The good news is the purchases are instant and offer great value for money. Since the minimum entry for games is 40 GC at the lowest payment package you’re buying 100 spins for two dollars. Keep in mind these purchases are not necessary to play and you can get plenty of spins from Jackpota’s promos.

Jackpota sweepstakes casino is owned by B2Services OÜ. This is an established company with two other casinos under its belt — Hello Millions and McLuck.

Jackpota makes use of 256-bit SSL with RSA encryption and two-factor authentication (TFA) to keep your data safe. Players can sign up through their email address or using their Google account for a quick and safe way to sign up.

There are three Responsible Gambling (RG) tools at Jackpota casino. These are purchase limits a “Take a Break” cooling-off period of seven 14 or 30 days and self-exclusion for a minimum of six months. All can be activated by contacting Jackpota’s support team.

It always adds a layer of security to see a reputable brand like B2Services OÜ at the helm. This alongside the SSL and TFA helps keep your payment information intact from prying eyes. I would have liked to see a few more RG tools available like limits on how much GC you can wager or how much time you can spend playing. None of this is necessary and in fact Jackpota is already miles ahead of Rush Gambino and BetRivers.NET who all have no RG tools but it’s still nice to have. Overall though Jackpota is a safe casino so you can put your mind to rest.

Jackpota has four customer support options all of which are available 24/7. Live chat is only available for paying players and phone support is only for payment inquiries. Email support is for everyone and players can use the FAQ if they want to solve the problem themselves.

Responses with email came in after roughly four hours and were clear and detailed with no need for further clarification. Details on how to contact customer support can be found on the footer of the site.

The support team at Jackpota was pretty great with helpful responses that got to the heart of all of my questions. I wasn’t too happy with the waiting time for an answer but I’m still glad with what I received.I’m not entirely stoked about phone support only being for payment inquiries and I’m definitely not jazzed about live chat being paywalled. I think at least one of these options needs to be more open to the public. The good news is the FAQ is detailed meaning you can solve most problems by yourself. Mobile also comes with a sticky chat option to talk to a bot to help solve your inquiry faster.

Jackpota is available on desktop and mobile browsers though there is no Jackpota mobile app. The full suite of games is available on both mobile and desktop.

Jackpota uses a black-on-yellow color scheme that’s easy to understand and navigate through with large buttons and filters. Loading is fast generally under two seconds and glitches are quite rare.

Jackpota makes use of an advanced search bar and several filters to help you navigate. Not every filter on the main games page is available on their navigation menu with some filters like ‘live games’ and ‘table games’ being missing. There is also no filter for all games and you’ll need to go on the ‘providers’ list to see a complete list of games.

If it’s a fast-loading sweeps casino that you’re looking for Jackpota will not disappoint. It’s fast efficient and glitch-free meaning you can zoom through the whole site with no problems are delays.Their search bar was particularly fast finding the games I wanted within a second of me typing in the name. The main games page has a ton of filters though I would have liked to have seen a few of them on the nav bar. It’s nice to go straight to live games from the filter rather than taking a detour through the main games page.In particular I missed having an option to just have all the games on screen for me to scroll through. Instead I had to go through each provider’s page to get a total number which made writing the games section of the Jackpota casino review incredibly frustrating. Still the site is excellent on both desktop and mobile and I had no major issues with the usability of the platform at all.
