McLuck casino review

The McLuck no-deposit welcome offer is modest at first glance compared to other social and sweep casinos. But this doesn’t tell us the whole story as you can’t always compare coins to coins directly. That said your GC balance can be quickly topped up with the daily free coins when logging in. Plus any purchases will get a boost offer like the 150% coin top-up to give you double what you paid for which I like to see. It’s great to see the bigger rewards found in McLuck’s Loyalty Club including up to 100% extra coins with purchases per week. Once players hit Ruby level or higher they’ll unlock a dedicated 24/ VIP Host tailored rewards exclusive gifts invitations to special events and more. Enrollment into the Loyalty Club is automatic with no minimum GC spend needed to get started.

There are 900 slot games to choose from at McLuck social casino. These include a scattering of Megaways Hold and Win and exclusive SC games. You’ll also find a rapidly growing selection of live casino games in the Social Live Casino section.

The complete library of titles is available on all desktop tablet and mobile devices.

Players must be registered and signed in to play any of the 920+ games. Demo versions are not available so players you’ll need to use your stash of GC to play the titles on offer.

Any player purchasing a GC bundle with real money will also gain access to a selection of exclusive GC games.

I was very impressed to see a pretty solid selection of 900 slots on offer in the lobby at McLuck social casino. The titles vary greatly; many come from well-known developers to add to the kudos of this site. The latest addition is the Social Live Casino selection. At the time of launch it only had фоур titles to play but will hopefully expand soon. That said it’s nice to see that the streams are available 24/7. There are plenty of game categories to filter through on the left sidebar. Tapping ‘Social Casino’ will unveil slot collections such as Hold and Win Jackpot Play All New Megaways and Cascading. It’s a shame that you can’t just dive in and play demo games. That said with it being free to sign up registration is just a minor inconvenience to get access to the 920+ games on offer. In summary I got a true real-money casino feel from playing at McLuck social casino thanks to the high-quality games available here.

There are currently 20 software providers powering the 920+ games at McPlay social casino. These include industry mainstays like Pragmatic Play NetEnt and Relax Gaming.

The Social Live Casino games are powered by BETER Live with games streamed directly from the dealer’s tables in their studios.

With the software being of a similar standard to that of a real-money online casino you can have an authentic and stable gaming experience here anytime you play.

There is no bespoke or downloadable software on offer at McLuck.

For a relatively new site McLuck is certainly hitting the ground running in terms of software providers. A mighty 20 is a strong showing for even the most established real-money casinos let alone a newcomer to the social casino scene. It puts this site on par with casinos like Pulsz. I’m certainly impressed by the spread of developers too with smaller studios getting a spot next to the big boys. Booming Games is a great example of this an innovative software company that can provide something very fresh into the games mix. Fantasma Games and Slotopia have both been recent additions to the lineup of software providers at McLuck. This gives me hope that the range will continue to expand bringing an even more diversified slots library along for the ride. By working with exciting live casino providers like BETER Live McLuck is showing true innovation. It’s very refreshing to not just see another Evolution-powered offering when it comes to their live dealer streams.

McLuck social casino is 100% free to play but there is the option to purchase Gold Coin bundles.

You can use Visa Mastercard Google Pay or Apple Pay to make a GC purchase at any time. These are currently the only four payment methods available to players at McLuck.

Purchasing GC is instant with any of the available payment methods and the coins should appear on your balance within a few seconds.

You can’t directly withdraw your GC winnings at McLuck casino as they hold no real-world value. You’ll need to redeem your Sweeps Coins balance as either gift cards or cash prizes via the same methods as depositing.

Starting with the negatives the range of payment options here is very limited when compared to other social casinos. McLuck keeps things simple by only accepting Visa or Mastercard for payments so there are no PayPal or e-wallet options for players here.On a more positive note being able to use Apple Pay and Google Pay will make payments quick and easy. I like that any players who already have these methods set up will be ready to top up their GC pot with a single tap. Instant purchases are another thing that’s great to see. You won’t be waiting around to get those extra coins and jump right back into the slot action at McLuck.

All the available games at McLuck casino are from regulated software providers but no specific auditing information is currently available.

Before you can make a purchase you’ll need to verify your account by uploading a government-issued photo ID such as a State or National ID Passport or Driving Licence. You will also be required to take a selfie and provide a utility bill phone bill bank statement or credit card statement as proof of address.

You can limit how much you spend on Gold Coin Packages per day by emailing McLuck support.

It’s also possible to set a short break from the casino for a period of seven 14 or 30 days. You can also self-exclude from McLuck social casino for a minimum of six months if you are concerned about your playing patterns.

McLuck lays out all their terms of service so you can check them out if you’re unsure about anything.

I’m very pleased to see the comprehensive two-step verification process in place at McLuck. Having this as a solid barrier before any purchases can be made will help prevent underage or unlawful GC transactions. It’s also great to have a dedicated responsible play page that sets out the type of limits available to players and how to put them in place. Examining the site’s footer I saw that it’s operated by a B2Services OU which is incorporated in Estonia a country in the European Union. Having an entity based somewhere in the US might feel a little more trustworthy and help the site become legal in more states.

In terms of support McLuck casino has a help center page for common questions a chatbot a web form and a phone number to call for payment help.

Live chat is only available to those who have a VIP tier of ruby or higher.

If you can’t find answers via the help pages then you can contact support via the ‘Submit a request’ form and its list of pre-filled issues.

I found the support options at McLuck to be a rather mixed bag and pretty unclear at times. As an example there’s a ‘Help Center’ link on the main menu but these pages have no links to the contact form. I needed to look in the footer for a link to that and the phone numbers. It would be great if all the help options were in a single location and easier to find. It took support just under eight hours to respond to my question about payments submitted via the online form. I did try using the chatbot first but it kept freezing on me so eventually gave up. Having proper live chat for VIP customers only is a shame and I feel that McLuck is making it harder for those of us with free accounts to get any assistance. Overall a very mixed bag has impacted my score for support despite what initially looks like a good range of options.

The signup process involves a simple two-step form or potential players can use their Google Facebook or Apple logins to create a fresh account.

There is a dedicated app available for iOS and Android as well as a PWA that the site promotes. The loading time is very quick compared to other sweeps casinos.

There is a desktop browser app available but it didn’t download at all when tested.

I’m pretty impressed with the overall design and usability of McLuck casino. It certaily feels akin to a real money casino when it comes to the design and quick loading game times. It was easy to find the games I wanted to play via the search bar and the comprehensive game category menus. I loved the fact that they even had a Christmas game theme category when I was checking out the site in December. The site oddly doesn’t promote the dedicated mobile app. Instead the “Install App” button will download a PWA. It’s nothing major just a weird little oddity. If you want to play directly from the app you can do so through the various mobile stores.
