• Ive deposited a small amount in this casino. I won about 3000euros. When I tried to withdraw I had to provide multiple documents (which is fine). I did so and got verified. After 2 days they said my money was on its way out and it should take 3-5 business days. After 1 week when I hadnt got the money yet I asked them why. I got told I had to send PDF of my bank statement to prove I didnt receive money. When I sent them bank statement they just totally ignored me. After a little while I just got the money back to my player account so I asked what the problem was. They said: It was some technical errors but you can try again now. The withdrawal process took a long time and the bank didnt accept the money from the casino so the money was suddenly back on my casino account without any information about it. The fee you have to pay when you make a withdrawal was not back though. I contacted them twice but nothing happened so I had to make a new withdrawal and pay the fee again.
