• Deposited 25 EUR withdrew over 2000 EUR. What did they do? They stole my winnings and only gave the 25 EUR back. As the previous comments here say: STAY AWAY from this ROGUE casino.

Withdrawing took over a week with all kinds of excuses extra reviews payment personell was slow needed permission from different people. • I won $120 after making a $50 deposit and I submitted everything they asked for and I was told due to a technical error in their system that they needed an additional 72 hours and once that time passed I was still not paid and they never got back to me and every time I contacted customer care I was told to try and withdraw my funds again and when I did it never got processed and the money kept going back into my 21.com account. The withdrawal process took a long time and the bank didnt accept the money from the casino so the money was suddenly back on my casino account without any information about it. The fee you have to pay when you make a withdrawal was not back though. I contacted them twice but nothing happened so I had to make a new withdrawal and pay the fee again. I also didnt know that I had to wager my own money once before making a withdrawal and the wagering amount on bonuses is too much. • Ive deposited a small amount in this casino. I won about 3000euros. When I tried to withdraw I had to provide multiple documents (which is fine). I did so and got verified. After 2 days they said my money was on its way out and it should take 3-5 business days. After 1 week when I hadnt got the money yet I asked them why. I got told I had to send PDF of my bank statement to prove I didnt receive money. When I sent them bank statement they just totally ignored me. After a little while I just got the money back to my player account so I asked what the problem was. They said: It was some technical errors but you can try again now. So I did try again and the same thing happened all over again now Im stuck with a lot of money and they just keep saying try again it should work fine now. (But they never told me what the problem was) they neither told me I received the money back on my player account. It looks like a nice casino with good games and everything but the staff does not respond very well and Ive not got my money yet.
