• Ive deposited a small amount in this casino. I won about 3000euros. When I tried to withdraw I had to provide multiple documents (which is fine). I did so and got verified. After 2 days they said my money was on its way out and it should take 3-5 business days. After 1 week when I hadnt got the money yet I asked them why. I got told I had to send PDF of my bank statement to prove I didnt receive money. When I sent them bank statement they just totally ignored me. After a little while I just got the money back to my player account so I asked what the problem was. They said: It was some technical errors but you can try again now. The withdrawal process took a long time and the bank didnt accept the money from the casino so the money was suddenly back on my casino account without any information about it.
