- I was with you guys over 3 years never had no issues at all untill last week where you guys restricted my account asked what the reason was to be told that Im no able to afford to play lol what a joke how can you guys tell me if Im able to afford to play or not. - I have to say I dont feel so bad after reading the reviews here. Validates my thoughts. Played slots on a few well known casinos but this one ought to be shut down and forced to compensate its customers.As a new customer I won a wee bit first weeks. ( Deliberate on their part in my opinion) Then for weeks and weeks and one particular slot way more than Id ever won recovered by them and more by an unbelievable zero pay out run. Kept thinking it was just bad luck but no game just constantly takes and takes and takes for hours and days and weeks and weeks spin after spin pound after pound. The wins at the start were to reel me in so Id keep playing. As we do think its got to pay out sometime! But its just so obviously corrupt. Never use this site. I see they have previously been fined by the gambling commission. There should be some way for individuals to take them to task too!

I have had nothing but issues...
- I have had nothing but issues since joining. Was able to deposit through Google pay. It wouldnt let add my bank card. Ive got little bit of balance left. Was hoping to withdraw it but I cant because obviously my bank card is not added. Only able to do instant bank transfer but cant do that because my bank is not listed and now my account has been frozen. Tried getting in contact with them on a few occasions. Nothing has been done about it. If I had known before that I wouldve had all these problems I wouldnt of joined in the first place.

Be warned Steer clear
- After years of having no problems 32red decided they wanted to cause me much stress and anxiety by not permitting my withdrawal until verification was completed to their satisfaction. I then underwent months of them declining my verification documents for whatever reason they could come up with eg. they wanted my statement to be in the format full name/surname and not initial/surname ! I must have submitted twenty documents for which they would just continually move the goalposts. Eventually I obtained an e-mail address and submitted a complaint (which was ignored for a few weeks) until they eventually decided to pay me and then block my account. They will do their very best to withhold your monies in the hope that you will eventually give up. Dont give up.

Withdrawal and Verification Process
- Do not recommend worst experience ever! Among every single app and gambling app/site I’ve played so far 32Red must be the worst experience when it comes to withdrawal and verification process! Download the app last month as suggested by a mate of mine as he had some luck on it in the past and won 3400£ on roulette’s which took forever to achieve the bonus in order to withdraw. Now my withdrawal is being processed since 26 November 2025 and they won’t process it until I pass the Verification process which hell begins. They require and passed so far Proof of Payment Proof of ID Proof of ID held to face Proof of Address sent by post which I had to upload it a few times every 2 days as they were not approving my uploads and last but not least they require another Proof of Address which I find ridiculous! 2 types of Proof of Address? Normal Proof of Address they kept telling to upload as my water bill is not clear enough and then they requested yesterday to upload it as a selfie held to my face..take a selfie with the water bill held by my index and thumb next to my face as Proof of Address?!! I feel like I’m being set up for a scam with uploading all this documents next to my face ID payment proof…Now being forced to contact Gambling Commission or IBAS to see what’s going on with this site! Took video and screen shots as proof and will have to report it and take action or sue them as feeling violated with all my personal details and screenshots in their possessions! - Would give 0 if I could right now. Currently waiting my withdrawal of £1300. About to contact IBAS as don’t think I’ll ever see it have been waiting on verification for over a week with absolutely no contact. Spoke to crystal on live chat who was extremely helpful and explained my documents needed to be a certain way so resent them on the chat ie address proof had to be posted not pdf which I have now done but was told I’ll be put back to the end of the verification queue which I was told is 1-3 days and don’t work weekends. I started this process on a Monday and heard nothing the full week from verification so not holding out hope now. By Friday I had sent the verification through chat and at the end of the queue so will update this review when I hear from them if I ever do.
