Verification Process is a joke

• Was asked to verify my identity 3 separate ways one of which had to be a letter received via post. I provided a utility bill which wasn’t accepted then a pension statement which wasn’t accepted and then I requested a bank statement which eventually was accepted. Each time it takes 5-6 days to review before you get a response. Once verified I was then asked to provide 3 payslips and 90 days of bank statements. Why they couldn’t ask for this with the previous request when I had to phone my bank for statements to be sent in the post is beyond me. Statements have to be full so they can see what you’re spending every penny on not just with themselves. I refuse to share this information and have opted against having an account here. Intrusive and unnecessary process.
