I asked them to verify how exactly they got my details and how again I would have been notified upon signing up to their site? Some BS answers were provided. Upon googling; as I was on the phone to them I see they are based in South Africa with a London number. I questioned this and again some lame answers of them being an offsure company blah blah blah and they confirmed they we indeed calling from South Africa. Because I was questioning I then got upgraded to speak to a “manager”Do not give them your details no matter how much they try and blag you. • I got them on the phone today claiming I’d win Tesco vouchers. I recorded the conversation which was farcical. Even telling them I might be a police officer never put them off. Irresponsible operator

• Please use an alternative operator. Their view on responsible gaming and protecting the player does not exist. I was able to deposit £3000 in less than 24hours with no verification few hours following this my account was closed by 777 as I am excluded and should not have got access to the site the verification or checks they done following my £3000 in deposits suspiciously enough should have been completed before this point not after. GCUK advised in the hope of preventing other people suffering similar. Really need to reduce their new customer deposit limits inline with responsible operators. Not everyone will encounter this experience obviously but take it as a warning to use a more responsible provider.
