Very concerning recent experience with AskGamblers

  • I submitted a complaint to AskGamblers about Megadice Casino and my request was rejected with the response i received stating the casinos licensing body is best equipped to handle my issue. However when I went to licensing boards website (curaçao gaming authority) i read that they do not resolve complaints between casinos and players. So I went back to Askgamblers support asking them to reconsider their rejection because it appears Megadice respond to complaints on AskGamblers but ignore complaints on other sites that provide mediation between casinos and players so I really want my complaint handled here in order to have my very serious issue resolved. So Through a follow up message to the relevant AskGamblers email address given to me by AG’s live chat agent I let them know the licensing body cannot help me the way they said they would (although i do find it hard to believe they wouldnt know it already). The response I get to my request of reconsideration doesn’t give any indication the content of my follow up message was actually read and instead it repeats the exact same thing they said initially...to go to the casinos licensing body for assistance. So I figure if they won’t take my complaint the least I can do is leave a poor review for Megadice on AskGamblers to warn other potential users of the casino …but not only has my review not been approved (i submitted it about a week ago) it appears that the majority of approved user reviews for Megadice on AskGamblers are eerily similar to one another in content and the user profiles show signs that the posting accounts may be computer-generated or inauthentic. They all have similar talking points but just worded differently and the content is generic yet not reflective of Megadice’s actual operations. It concerns me that those reviews have all been approved yet my experience which is much more recent than other reviews and contains the imperfections of a human is being denied… it all gives me very good reason to re-think how much faith i can put into AskGamblers as an independent third party like they claim to be. I urge other real casino users like me to be vigilant and use your own media literacy critical thinking skills when consuming AskGamblers content.

  • Last week I logged into askgamblers.com as I had an issue with a casino askgamblers.com responded with an acknowledgement email and the casino had paid me after 48 hours.... you cant ask for more than that.I have been a member on askgamblers.com for many years now and I can safely say they deliver on every level. If you are interested in finding your favourite slot or a new casino if you need advice on anything want peoples opinion on a matter or to even have somebody behind you when you are facing an issue with a casino for example.... askgamblers.com has it all and does it all. 5 Star for me all day ❤️

  • I contacted AskGamblers in hopes of resolving an issue with BetOnline but they refused to help and ultimately sided with the casino.BetOnline demanded a phone verification for my account which I explained was not possible due to my hearing impairment. I requested verification via SMS or email instead but they refused.AskGamblers then insisted I provide a medical certificate to prove my condition. I made it clear that in my country medical certificates are not casually issued for private matters like this and that I was not comfortable sharing sensitive personal documents with a gambling site.Despite this AskGamblers stated that BetOnline has the right to enforce its own verification methods and that they would not support me unless I complied. In my view this response is unacceptable and shows a lack of empathy and fairness.It’s worth noting that AskGamblers features affiliate links to BetOnline which raises concerns about the platform’s neutrality. They failed to mediate the issue in any meaningful way and left me completely unsupported.I strongly urge others to be cautious. If you sign up to a casino through AskGamblers expecting support you may find yourself on your own.Also please pay attention to the number of 1-star reviews here on Trustpilot—over 11%. While there are many 5-star reviews in today’s internet landscape positive reviews can often be incentivized or selectively promoted.My experience makes me question the true independence and purpose of this platform.

(They stole me 300000$ CAD and I have the evidences to prove it. I wanted to obtain mediation but also to avoid there being other victims.)I am pretty sure that they NEVER received a complete explicit and well writted denunciation like mine.I also provided several proofs and screenshots to support my allegations.They took several days to respond. To finally told me that my complaint was rejected because according to their guidelines it was unjustified without documentation.So in other words they said I lied. It’s serious accusations!***I repeat : I provided several proofs in attachment.***Then I went to their LiveChat 3 consecutive days. The customer support was always unavailable. So I filled out the contact form in order to inform them that it’s 100% an error by their agent and that they must double check. I never received any acknowledgement receipt.So I contacted them to their email address.Their agent MIA finally answered that I can find the reasons of the rejection directly in the notification. But his answer is so out of context!! Is she laughing at me?? She doesn’t asnwered at all to my query.So I asked again respectfully to double check my complaint.
