- I rated them 2 stars couple months ago. The title of my review was AGCCS a useless Complaint Service. Recently I found out they banned me because of that that title. Their tender souls took this completely justified criticism as an insult. This is the kind of transparent and fair service that this sensitive platform for advertising and promoting casinos provides. So askgamblers.com deserve less that one star and they know it. By the way most of the reviews here are ordered - its just obvious.Yes I state this time even more confident that their AGCCS is a useless structure that creates only the appearance the illusion of service and gives out clearly inflated figures for the results of its services. But also askgamblers.com in total cant give you unbiased and transparent information about casinos as they have such behavior. I guess whos smart and experienced enough he undestand it.

- I tried to use AskGamblers a couple of times always to no avail or with a bad experience. Reviews were never approved. When I complained 1 time they finally accepted 1 review. Tried to use the complaint service always without success and even though I tried multiple times they always rejected. I ended up banned for a supposed multi account which I didnt even know I had. I tried to inquire about the other account but they just ignored me. I emailed them apologizing and asking to be allowed to keep the only account I ever used and they ignored all my emails and ignored me in the live chat.
