I told them it had been over the timeframe a casino says it would pay out the withdrawal I backed it up with emails etc and their reply was to let the time frame run it course. They obviously use a different calendar to me..I have done the math every which way u can and I’m still correct . With Askgamblers.com involvement the casino has to come forward and respond to the complaint published on askgamblers.com. Askgamblers did a great job and casino ended up paying all my winnings within 3 days from the complaint was published. • Its a service that is probably only valuable if you dont actually need it. At best it could be called a prevention service but not a platform that provides complaints and mediation. Using an extreme analogy if the casino was to murder you they would say that its your fault because you went there.I had a concern in which Ive ended up losing balances as my money was locked up for 4 months (strictly by fault of the casino). The casino violated their own Terms of Service multiple times even in cases where their failure to comply with their terms was necessary to prevent losses and restore normal operation.For this reason I filed a complaint at AskGamblers so I can raise the issue through their platform. But they immediately rejected my case referring to their complaint guideline (player lost balance during verification) with which rule I agree by the way. Although I stated my case was not that simple as not only did the casino stall the verification process many times it didnt abide their complaint and issue handling deadlines (that are stated in the ToS) that were important to prevent my losses. Terms of Service is a contract about responsibilities if the casino violates them then it becomes responsible for the consequences. That is a fact.Since links are not allowed here the pictures of my conversation with the AskGamblers complaint handler can be found on the bottom of the first post of my forum thread on AskGamblers named: AskGamblers rigid approach is preventing issues to be raised and solved (it will be the imgur link)Not so responsive or supportive is she? Even though she is handling sensitive cases she doesnt even reflect on my views and quickly abandons the whole conversation. (Never responded to the last email I sent)So I openned a thread in their forum (that you just checked) so maybe I can get he case sorted but instead of helping and responding to my concerns after a while they belittled me with emojis blamed the victim calling me irresponsibe irrational copy + pasted the same thing. They also tried to discredit me with claiming that Ive made a second account when a random person commented on the topic.All these while we were in the middle of an argument that was important and sensitive to me. What kind of representation of AskGamblers is that?They dont provide a complaint service as they promote as complaints can request compensations for the damages caused. They say that my case is witch hunting category (actually it was a friend of the admin who teamed up with him - the admin liked this post thereby agreed with its content) the customer is responsible for the damages caused by the violations of the company and for that reason they dont even raise the concern with the casino. --> Taking away all the chances of solving the issue even though it would cost them nothing to try.I call this a 1* service.They are (superficially) handling cases of money related legit problems they reject their services and they dont even take their time to reflect on the customers questions and concerns they literally close the discussions on them (email and forum thread but truth be told that thread was ready for closure as they were not helpful at all)P.S: During writing this rating I went back to the forum to watch certain details but in the meanwhile the dear administrator banned me from there after I asked him in a dm why he was so hostile towards me during the conversation. Here I would like to state that I was polite throughout the process in both the direct messages and as you can see in the forum posts so I absolutely didnt give a reason to be banned other than he didnt like the validity of my questions. So it was only for the satisfaction of the administrator (as no other reason was provided) --> cocopop3011 well done :)
