• Horrendous nearly 40 yr old turned away with no ID for no reason unless an 18 yr old has a membership probably top5 most rude venues in the UK train your staff embarrassing would review as 0 not 1 if I could can not down rate enough

• I downloaded the online app for Aspers after receiving an email promoting it. I received 150 bonus spins but it releases them in thirds. You then have to select a game youd like to play them on so I did only to be told that game isnt available outside of the USA and I couldnt change my game. I played the slots with the £20 I had deposited and didnt really like the games on offer so I went to withdraw my money plus £10 Id won and wagered enough to turn into real money. Turns out the minimum you can withdraw is £100!! So then I deposited another £70 to be able to withdraw my £100 and now it says I need to wager £70 before Im allowed to withdraw!! So I cant play the spins they offered me to join and now I cant withdraw my own money! And when you go to the help section its just a bot! Avoid this scam at all costs!

It’s a place alike another but much more affordable except for the slot machines too expensive with no fun .

• I want to apologise for the previous review but this review will be not relevant because this is for the online service which I never used. Rude and unwelcoming!

• Myself and my boyfriend decided to try Aspers casino in Stratford for the first time tonight after a meal. As we approached the entrance via the outside we were asked immediately if we had been drinking. My boyfriend does not drink alcohol and I explained I had two drinks with my meal. After this the door staff continued to question us and made us feel very uncomfortable. So much so that I decided I did not feel comfortable entering the casino after all the questions. My boyfriend asked for the staff members name and he replied with Papa. We appreciate that the men in question are just trying to do their job but this was extremely unnecessary and completely unwelcoming. Even to go as far as saying we felt victimised. Such a shame for a first experience! Definitely would not recommend going here unless you are 18 and wearing a tracksuit. Will not be returning any time soon!

• Aspers’ promotional offers are such rubbish that over the time you just lose money. I mean what’s the point they award pity 10 free spins only to wager x20 on winnings (therefore it will be lost soon anyway) when you have already lost ££ on such low RTP slots? We know ‘variance’ and you just can’t win sometimes but Aspers use only low RTP slots for their promotions and their available slots are basically low RTP. Other casino providers offer far better slots and promotions and even give you away cash bonus or free spins if you are on a losing streak. Aspers just let their customers keep losing money. I must mention though that their Live chat support is ironically the best and outshine other larger Casino providers.

• Aspers Online Casino… well I have played at a few other sites before but this one is very questionable. The slots are very hard to bonus compared to other sites with the same slots. Also site crashed on at least 4 occasions when the bonus feature came in on different games! I have also played live roulette over a number of days never managed to hit one single win no matter how I play even across different tables. Numbers always come in when I run out of funds!
