Just dreadful.

• I made a few deposits and all was well. Withdrawals paid in a couple of days etc. I built up enough credit to redeem loyalty points but could not redeem them. On live chat I was told that my bonuses were blocked as a responsible gambling measure. This made absolutely no sense. They were happy to take my money did not block my deposits but restriicted my bonuses. Who does that? Very suspicious that this only happened when I reached the redeemable threshold. Borderline scam. Ive closed my account.

Withdraw of winnings

• I was told this site is a good site to play so thought would give it a go. I won some money on the 25th April and decided to cash out. To this day I still have not recieved my winningseven though I have sent Barz a copy of my driving license and bank card. I have emailed multiple times and also spoke on chat multiple times. Having worked in customer service for over 25 years myselfI am shocked at how this company treats its customers.
