BBVA employee recommends to change the bank
- useless online banking if there problems coming up with transfers etc. the assigned BBVA employee explain to you that you have to contact your mobile phone provider otherwise if you are unhappy you can cancel the banking account. In my world employees would get fired imediately after this unprofessional answer. In any case a BBVA has now one client less. ANd now I understand even better that the economy on Spain is on the bottom. The EU ends behind the Pyrenees. BBVA highly not recommended.
