• BC can be a little bit of a pain and of course it takes your money it is a casino after all. However I enjoy BC I can play on it for hours on what I would normally spend on the gas driving to one near me and then I can play in the comfort of my living room. I have reached VIP levels so I now have a personal host Trinity and she has gotten me bonus money that I didnt even know existed before including getting me a birthday bonus just last night on my birthday. Refund procedure

• What helped this experience is Althea my Host. I was getting upset at having to contact the support over and over. Althea was able to streamline the issue and talk directly to the support group. I deposited $300 on Oct 30th and did not get credit for it. There was some Interact issue. My bank forced the money though a few days later and I am still talking to BC Game regarding this $300. Althea assured me i will receive the money in a few days via Etransfer. My review would have been a lot lower if it was not for my host!

Shameful Fraudulent casino

• This Scam Casino is just making fun of players at this point. The experience playing here gets worse by the day. Now they deceive players by decreasing their rewards 2-3 days before payout. They reduced ALL rewards to Half or less 2 days before the payout. I spent 1 month working on my wager because i was going to receive X amount and then they give me Half of what they promise. Monthly rewards are 3-5% of Wager×1% . When they gave out the rewards they gave out less than half of what they claim that are the rewards. 1.7% to be exact.Same thing with the Weekly Bonus 8% Weekly Bonus is what they advertise but then they give out 3.5%.
