Advertised Claims are No Longer True

• Games are highly unfair and unplayable. When a player can lose 50+ times IN A ROW on a game with a 50/50 chance of winning like their Coin Flip or Hi/Lo during MULTIPLE SESSIONS over MULTIPLE DAYS AND while changing seeds multiple times throughout then the site is obviously rigged. They’re not using a random generator whatsoever anymore. They advertise “provably fair” games but the outcomes can only be proven by their own tool. Everyone knows their claims of being provably fair are no longer true. But they continue to advertise that along with false and manipulated RTPs. They will come back with a response saying they take these claims very seriously but even that is false. They know what they’re doing and they know they are being unfair and rigged. The top 3 winners advertised on games are accounts owned by the casino (all of them were created about the same timeframe and play the same games with these unbelievable bet amounts and winnings. • I won NGN 470000 on BC.GAME and attempted to withdraw my winnings. The platform requires Advanced KYC before withdrawal. I submitted valid identification multiple times but the system would not allow verification to be completed after reaching the maximum attempt limit.I contacted support multiple times asking for escalation to a senior compliance officer and alternative ways to withdraw but they repeatedly refused to provide a resolution. • Terrible casino. There are a couple significant factors that make me call them terrible and enough so that i have come to write a review. The customer service is completely bunk. I don’t know if they are AI bots or what but they are completely self serving and do nothing for you the customer.. they just read back the same generic answers that seem generated. I had been a customer of bc game dating back to 2021 and they weren’t always as bad as they are now. The support would be helpful at times but come to think of it they were always a shady casino. Fast forward to January 2026 i was attempting to get one of my bonuses called the taco Tuesday bonus and it is received thru telegram (and it’s kinda ridiculous that they make you go thru all these third party avenues to get a bonus) well i got hacked from telegram. Someone made a fake telegram profile with bcgame info and they linked you to a dummy mirror site and stoled my credentials. I didn’t notice right away but i was playing on a game and dwindling down from $100.. i was at about $46 dollars and the game froze and as quick as i refreshed the balance was at zero. I was confused as to why my balance was low. Support directed me to the bet history where i saw on a game i hadnt played “Crash” the entirety of my balance was used. They had asked me if i wanted them to lock my account while they investigate and i said no. Well i got hacked again one week later and when they asked me this time i said yes. That was my biggest mistake. They were like the biggest lying snakes I’ve ever encountered. They made me jump thru hoops even tho i had deduced that i had been hacked the same exact way as one week prior. And just like that after 5 years of solid gaming patronage and almost 1 million dollars usd waged they locked me out of my account and closed it. The deciding factor after weeks of torturous back and forth they wanted a kyc verification with an ID card or passport but my real ID drivers license wasn’t acceptable to pass kyc verification. I never thought in a million years they would have treated me so poorly with such disregard. I’m currently talking to law firms about a class action. I have lost so much from ever beginning to play at bcgame. I strongly urge you to never play with them. They are crooks thieves and liars and there is no one trying to regulate them.
