• Update – 09/08/2025:It has been 7 days since my withdrawal issue (₹2272 Order ID: F-1839368889919605767) was reported. The payment was sent to an inactive UPI ID and my bank confirmed no funds were received. BC Game still shows the status as Success but has not provided a UTR or refund. I only got a generic reply on Trustpilot no real solution. Support is unresponsive via email chat and even blocked me on Discord for raising this issue. This is unacceptable.@bc.game

• I just want to point out how bc game likes to confiscate your money and accuse you of multi accounting just as soon as you try to withdraw but then urges you to go ahead and keep depositing and using your account just without the ability to withdraw . Am I missing something here ? I mean if a player is allegedly multi accounting and this is against their tos then why would it be ok to keep playing and making deposits to play . This is a joke . • I wrote 3 months back that on BC.GAME someone somehow enter in my account play some bets and take money down i 3 transactions some 400$ total!When i finally reach support they proposal me that i wrote mail for recover of my account. I must wrote all datas which they wont username register mail IP which bets i place from where i play when i open account and simulare also picture with proof of depozit! I send all first time and then start comedy! After every question when will recover my account they send me same request for all datas and proofs of depozit which i send already....i send again and again same datas and pictures this we make 5 times! Then after next my question when will finish recover of my account i receive mail that for they is case closed becouse i didnt sent in mail all datas which they request so they finish recovery proces!They dont answer me any more which datas are incomplet they just decidet that will closed my account becouse i like didnt send all what they wont what is not true becouse i send all datas and pictures from a list! Normall comunication will also be that they inform us what they need more from us not that they just close case and dont answer which datas are incomplet for them! • BC.Game refuses to accept accountability for their faulty loss limit tool. Their claim that I did not set my loss limits until June 26 is damaging their credibility. Even here on Trustpilot BC.Game states: Regarding your concern about betting limits please note that this has already been explained in detail via email. As clarified loss limits only take effect after they are set—any losses prior to activation are not included.I have submitted extensive evidence showing that my loss limits were set before the June 19 loss. Even Casino Guru the neutral party reviewing the complaint is questioning BC.Games narrative. In their latest reply to BC.Game Casino Guru wrote:I find it quite concerning that the player submitted his complaint on our platform as early as June 20 clearly indicating issues with the loss limit and also provided multiple screenshots confirming that the limit had already been set at that time. Given that these screenshots were submitted directly within the complaint form it seems highly unlikely they were taken after the fact. Could you please clarify how it is possible that your internal records show the limit was only set on June 26? I was required to verify my account which resulted in my account being permanently locked. Deposit so many times without withdraw its ok but withdraw some money from free money (coco/spider) disallowed. Locked account caused user withdraw from coco/spider money happens after 5 years my experience playing there.
