- I have been banned from BC.Game chat and community for more than 187 days (over 6 months). Your support team told me clearly in email that the ban could be lifted after 6 months but now the time has already passed and I am still banned.I have provided every required account verification detail — including my UID: 5369784 username: gopisahu456 and device/IP details — to your recovery and support team multiple times.Still there is no reply or action from your side.I have always followed the community rules and never used any abusive or illegal language. Despite that your moderators on Telegram Discord and X (Twitter) banned me unfairly without valid reason. I also lost access to my VIP host and my bonus rewards (like Lossback Birthday bonus etc.) were never credited.I have been loyal to BC.Game and trusted the platform for a long time but now I am completely disappointed by the way support is ignoring my messages and not resolving my issue.
