- I just got banned for highlighting beggars in chat. Chat is full of people who beg all time and they have a dc group when someone wins they all go in chat and mod deckhan42O is part of them. He is corrupted as f and does all this for Less than 0.02bch.. Totally unfair and reason of my 7 days ban is “break” 😂 They just banned me again for 30 days for no reason.. - Just 1 star because I cant choose 0. The worst casino in relationship casino - client I ever played. No any point to deposit there because you getting nothing no cashback no normal VIP system (only fake VIP when you 250+ lvl in wager general rate which brings you nothing only acces to VIP chat room on discord channel)so you wont get any benefits. Games doesnt updating you havent live statistics autobet hasnt stop/loss options it has only number of bets increase on win/loss and stop on profit. But the biggest problem is the administrations attitude towards customers. Theres the worst moderator Ive ever met in crypto gambling industry calling Redhood (or ikerx) A completely unprofessional emotionally unstable rude and simply disgusting person. There is no moderation here at all there are no moderators 99% of the time but once for awhile hes coming to chat and banning people with fake reasons he just invented for example I was permanently banned with reason repetitive massages means if you come to chat every day and say hello you definitely can be banned. But at the same time up to 15 people spamming emojis only 24/7 freely. Those spammers just getting your money you deposited. And you cant do anything because theres no live support. If you was muted you even CANT GET HELP OR SUPPORT if you have some issues. Thats nonsense. The admin in turn does not participate in the community and does not take any action against RedHood despite numerous complaints.So stay away from this place and choose other places which have benefits like daily weekly monthly vip deposit and other bonuses.P.S. bchgames PAYS MONEY FOR 5 STARS REVIEWS.

- Been a long time since i made a review about this site...Nice to see them constantly improving in all aspect to be exact they added new gamesnew features/perks which are essential for a casinoI will still give them 5+ simple cause of their service and instant deposit/withdraw system which not many casinos have.although i dislike the fact they dont have a self exclusion on the site and tool to track our bets better (stat tool) so hopefully they see this review and add it that would be amazing.Their support is on point i rarely had any issues with them so yeah feel free to try them out

- This is fruad company ..My BC Games was hacked by someone like these a year ago and he changed the email after that he threatened me I told this to customer support then customer care blocked the account and said that it will be fixed in 24 hours..it has not been opened for a year the account is active but I have not been able to recover it. The hacker has hacked the email so I only have the number. I have been emailing them daily for the past one year but I do not get any reply. And I have even sent them all the proof that I am the owner but they do not reply to anything nor do they unlock the account. The VIP level of my BC Games account is 40+. I have seen in chat that as soon as these people have too many VIPs they block the account and then do not open it. Please help me I want to get my BC Games account back.
