• I have been chasing the $2500 usd now for over 2 weeks just getting excuse after excuse.1st they have changed there payments team.2nd it will then be 5 to 7 days 3rd they are sending me ARN for the payment (still waiting)happy to take money but not happy to pay it back when they owe it.I am convinced this is a scam after looking I can see they hold a gambling license in Curacao famous for betting scams.

As of today (August 4) I have not received the funds nor a clear response from support.I’ve contacted them several times with no solution. I demand an immediate resolution. Very bad experience.

• First off any sports bet book that allows you to deposit money and place bets without having to verify your account is the most shadiest sportsbook ever. Their niche about the bonus that comes with the deposit is also bogus. I have over 50 accounts in different sports book none of them have a policy to roll over your deposit five times before you want to make a withdrawal. This company is the worst among all of them. They will take your money and make the process of withdrawal as difficult as ever possible. It doesnt matter if you won the bet or lose the bet. The chat support is also the shittiest. They do have control over everything on your account but if anything that you wanna ask they will say just to email the chat support and the relevant department will take care of it. Bro you are the relevant department. I am never gonna deposit a single cent in this sports book and I warn everyone to see this review before opening account with this shady company.

• The site is pretty easy to use you got many promotions to chose from for starters and for the regular players. The only thing that was pretty annoying was the withdrawal which took 6 days but it was my fault that i didnt read about withdrawals not being processed during the weekends. Support was nice i can recommend it just hoping the withdrawals are faster next time :)

I agreed to this and emailed them THREE TIMES with a request to settle my balance after deducting the 6%.They didn’t even respond once.No rejection. No discussion. Just total silence.And this has been going on for more than 5 days now.I even attached a screenshot of the clause from their own Terms & Conditions. Still no reply.This is extremely unprofessional and feels like a complete avoidance tactic. I am now preparing to file a formal complaint with Curacao eGaming and post across Reddit and other forums to warn others.If you care about your money stay away from BetOBet.
