• I deposited on BetOBet and unfortunately didn’t complete the full 5x rollover. However I found a term in their own T&Cs mentioning that a 6% fee can be charged on early withdrawals. I agreed to this and emailed them THREE TIMES with a request to settle my balance after deducting the 6%.They didn’t even respond once.No rejection. No discussion. Just total silence.And this has been going on for more than 5 days now.I even attached a screenshot of the clause from their own Terms & Conditions. Still no reply.This is extremely unprofessional and feels like a complete avoidance tactic. I am now preparing to file a formal complaint with Curacao eGaming and post across Reddit and other forums to warn others.If you care about your money stay away from BetOBet. I’ll update this review if they ever respond and resolve this.

So over the course of about a week I would play (slots) and the amount I wanted to withdraw got larger. I’d request a withdrawl and then wait a day or two with no communication from my requests to verify my account etc. Over time I ended up with approx $2300 CAD and went to set a wager/loss limit so I’d stop cancelling the withdrawl. I was told through the chat that that was doable. But then they outright blocked the account. Customer service chats emails. No response. I would get told to keep waiting and waiting. It’s BEEN A YEAR. this casino is a SEVERE scam. No recourse. Just bye bye winnings. And blocked me. I was threatened and SCOLDED in their chats once I would tell them my name. Would sit there waiting for an answer. This casino owes me $2200. And I’ll never get over it! TOTAL SCAM. COMPLETE CROOKS. I filed a complaint with casino guru AND the Curaco gaming authority (what contact I could find) but they weren’t able to get through to them either.
