But the moment you win a few games — three or four successful bets in my case — they suddenly step in and limit your account. It feels extremely one-sided as if the system is designed to punish winning players and reward only those who keep losing money. How is that fair or responsible?I’ve followed all rules verified my account and maintained responsible behavior. Still I’m treated like a threat the moment I win. There’s no transparency no real justification — just copy-paste responses and a total lack of interest in resolving the issue. Support is polite but ultimately useless repeating the same policy-driven script without listening to actual concerns.If you’re thinking about joining Betano be cautious. - Ok people long story short: I won a nice little bonus and didnt get halfway through it when it just disappeared. The only reason we chose to remain with this casino was due to my recent $100 win which was prominently displayed on my screen.Betano has a history of being less than transparent regarding their deals and promotions. They are quick to present a narrative that diverges from what is actively promoted. For instance they inquired if my friend was the third individual we had referred to their casino for the $50 bonus a stipulation that was never mentioned until now with the new policy suggesting that three referrals are necessary for any form of reward.
