Difficult start getting better

• Money in is fine money out does not materialize. Logged in first time with my Google account and then created an account in Betano. And as my user name is not same than my first name all the withdrawals are just pending.I have provided all requested documents and few extras some of them multiple time all rejected.I have sent several emails and messages telling such a small detail Google user name is not the same than persons first name for vain.
