- No -- I am not a sore loser. This is a gambling site I get how it works. This is about how dirty they are in terms of running their business. ZERO issues on Fanduel DraftKings 7-Bit Casino Bet365 Stake.com Betty... the list goes on. So if this is too long and you dont want to read it close the page and go to one of those sites! Fast payouts fair play. They are not broke like Betano. They dont need to make BS excuses to hold your money (probably trying to invest it lost money and now I have to suffer until they can use my money to get back to line level).Just joined Betano a week ago to take advantage of a sign-up bonus. They way they gobble up your money but keep moving the goalposts when it comes time to withdraw your winnings is a sight to behold. No integrity. And whats scarier their reputation apparently precedes them. Many other comments on here and on Reddit echo the same sentiment... they dont pay! Their customer service support seems nice theyre trained to BS you perfectly just to stall. I did KYC they approved it before I even made my first deposit. After depositing like $60 worth of funds I regained and tried to withdraw $82 in two withdrawals ($64 and $18 respectively). They waited 24h just to tell me that I need to upload a bank statement (my name account details and bank details were at the top of the first page). Then 48hrs later they approved it. Then later that same day they asked for the impossible --- an alternate bank statement from the same bank. What do they want me to do? Criminally implicate myself by forging a fake statement? Like the other disgruntled guy on here said banks only issue one kind of bank statement. If they were in compliance with Ontario regulations youd think they would know that. They just want to stall/move the goalposts for 72 more hours. Ridiculous! And they admitted that both times the requests were due to a technical glitch on THEIR end... whatever that means. I have still not received my money. They wont take any accountability even though the technical glitches are their fault as per their admission they leave you in the dark they dont even offer any recompense for the inconvenience and bad first impressions they cause and they clearly dont care to respond to any complaints on TrustPilot like all the legitimate casinos/sportsbooks do. Stay away from Betano! As soon as I get my money if I ever DO get my money I will close my account and remain loyal to the other casinos. What a nightmare. Will come back with an update.

- I opened an accountant here over 6 months ago. I have played for the past 6 months and deposited over and over and over. Not once and I mean once have I ever even won one single dollar. This is extremely impossible to play for that long and to deposit thousands of dollars and never win a thing? This kind of stuff has nothing to do with luck. The meaning of gambling is that you gamble your money and you have a chance at winning. You do not have a chance at winning when it is controlled gaming. So in fact its not gambling its basically theft. I honestly wouldnt recommend in here because you know if you can spend that amount of money and 6 months and never went anything on any games no matter what you play no matter what bed amount and especially when you play the exact same game youve played for 15 years. When you know everything about a certain game that you play and they try to tell you nothings been changed or no ones messing with the game on something you know 100% that tells you its no point in playing in here. 90% of the time when I deposit you dont even get any match offers no bonus no anything its just very disgusting. I blame the AGCO for this because once they stepped in and implicated rules for Ontario it opened up the market that anybody in their brother can open up an online casino. Now the Ontario Market is so flooded with thousands of online casinos that each Casino has to cheat every player that plays just to stay in business because of the amount of casinos online. Theyre all fighting over players and taking their money just to stay afloat. The biggest Thief is the AGCO for allowing this to happen. Before 2022 before they stepped in I never used to have any problems with any of these casinos. They were limited and regulated and they give fair play. The AGCO is created the wild west of online casinos and instead of doing what their job is to regulate and inspect these casinos theyre not even doing that. Its clear because there wouldnt be so many complaints about all these online casinos and AGCO itself its just very disgusting what the Canadian government lets happen.
