• Lol I would like to know who actually scored betano a 4.9 lol. Did they just make this up. It is the worst site for sucking your money out. Never hits a jackpot but when youre down to your last dollar it might bring you back up again only to let you lose it. It is not illegal but comes as close as possible. Their customer service support seems nice theyre trained to BS you perfectly just to stall. I did KYC they approved it before I even made my first deposit. After depositing like $60 worth of funds I regained and tried to withdraw $82 in two withdrawals ($64 and $18 respectively). They waited 24h just to tell me that I need to upload a bank statement (my name account details and bank details were at the top of the first page). Then 48hrs later they approved it. Then later that same day they asked for the impossible --- an alternate bank statement from the same bank. What do they want me to do? Criminally implicate myself by forging a fake statement? Like the other disgruntled guy on here said banks only issue one kind of bank statement. If they were in compliance with Ontario regulations youd think they would know that. They just want to stall/move the goalposts for 72 more hours. Ridiculous! And they admitted that both times the requests were due to a technical glitch on THEIR end... whatever that means. I have still not received my money. They wont take any accountability even though the technical glitches are their fault as per their admission they leave you in the dark they dont even offer any recompense for the inconvenience and bad first impressions they cause and they clearly dont care to respond to any complaints on TrustPilot like all the legitimate casinos/sportsbooks do. Stay away from Betano! As soon as I get my money if I ever DO get my money I will close my account and remain loyal to the other casinos. What a nightmare. Will come back with an update.
