• Betchan responded to my review a year later stating they take this situation seriously and that I have to contact legal@betchan complaints.officer@betchan and manager@betchan However all of these emails are not real they do NOT exist. So they are once again just trying to look good on trustpilot but in reality they do NOT CARE about my situation. They also told me to contact livechat so they escalate this complaint for instant review but livechat just ignores me and tells me to email. This is unacceptable. They simply lie on trustpilot and act like they care.They say a official response has been sent but this is not true aswell. Liars. they simply act like they want yto solve the issue but NOTHING happens. and the emails really dont work but yet they keep acting like they do. then i enter chat like they say and they tell me to email. so nobody actuallu speaks to me to solve this issue. they are scammers and frauds.
