- The good news is that they were not holding my money. Their trick is to activate your account and get you to deposit. After you have made a deposit you are at their mercy. They ask for all sorts of documents that are never exactly good enough for them! I was clever I asked them what documents they wanted before depositing and after 11 days they are still not satisfied! Had I deposited money I would be in trouble. As it is I will simply carry on with my business elsewhere.
