But the worse part is the customer service and responsible gambling sections. You just try leave. I have requested numerous times for account closure and just get ignored. If you are lucky enough to get through to the online chat they say you have to email support you email support and nobody ever responds to your email. You can self exclude close account nothing. - Point blank refusing to pay me out. Won 500 quid now they ain’t paying me out because apparently I haven’t deposited the same amount as I won. These are scammers. I will be reporting this to the police and the financial authorities. Full of excuses to why they can’t release my money I won fair and square! Con artists that will take your deposit money but refuse to pay you out! Worse customer service ever. Absolutely pathetic bunch of people

- Withdrawal process is diabolical…. the minimum amount you can withdraw is £500 and the maximum amount you can withdraw is £500 meaning you basically have no withdrawal options at all.Also the time frame given to withdrawals is very confusing when contacting customer support via LiveChat they tell you ( 5 ) five days from the withdrawal request being received then the next one tells you the T&Cs state it can take ( 15 ) fifteen working days after the withdrawal request has been processed.I made a withdrawal request on 27/07/2024 and as of 6pm on 02/10/2024 my withdrawal request status is still pending.Personally I think this is such a shame as the game selection is great as are the bonuses both special and daily.Pro’s Very good website great selection of games and fantastic bonuses.Con’s really bad withdrawal policy both amounts and time frame and atrocious custom support staff.
