New issues keep happening and have waited 2 weeks for my money now!!
- Never using this casino again! Ive been VIP customer for months and all was fine as long I wasnt winning any high amounts. But two weeks ago while at mothers deathbed I won $7K....and Im still waiting to get my money! First it took 5 days for my withdrawal request to be processed only to be rejected because apparently withdrawals using credit card suddenly wasnt an option (strangely this had been working just fine for months when my withdrawal amounts were much smaller). Then I was advised to get an e wallet which Im totally unfamiliar with. During this time my mom passed away - so handling this casino issue felt completely draining- but I eventually managed to get it done and was then told I had to make a minimum deposit using the e wallet which I did. But when trying to make a withdrawal request e wallet didnt show as an option so then I had yet another round of emails with my VIP manager - and then ended up being told that now withdrawals with credit card was magically available again and was asked to use this method instead. So I did..... But do you think it got processed and everything was fine? No.... Now I was being told I needed to verify my e wallet and had to send them proof of the time and date for the deposit I made using this method and my name also had to be visible on the screenshot.... This made zero sense to me since my withdrawal request was made for my credit card as instructed - so why do they need anything at all from my e wallet?? I uploaded several screenshots anyway and informed them that I had no way of getting all the details they demand in the same screenshot. The response I then got was if I could instead send a bank statement showing the deposit... I answered this email asking how on earth I could do that for a deposit made from an e wallet having nothing to do with my bank account....This isnt even all the details of this extremely frustrating experience but writing all the things thats happeneded will take hours.... Its just unbelievable to me how they can treat a customer like this - even demanding proof of deposits I HAD TO make because of issues created BY BETIBET in the first place! This is simply the most unprofessional way of running a casino I have ever come across - and Im starting to suspect that they are actually stalling and creating problems in the hopes that Ill just spend all my winnings and lose everything while waiting for them to fix the next problem.... As soon as I get my winnings if I ever do Im never spending a single more dollar in this scam of a casino.....

Bonus Scammers and KYC flakes
- Signed up strictly for the welcome bonus which did not appear after I met the criteria. I had to contact support who told me that that I was ineligible. Mind you this is AFTER depositing! When I asked why I was ineligible they were not able to provide me an answer beyond it is the decision of our financial teamâ. This would be bad enough but they then proceeded to make me jump through endless hoops to verify my identity and then claimed in order to withdraw I needed to meet a 3x wagering requirement. So basically theyâll take my money with no hiccups deny me the bonus for no stated reason beyond âit was the decision of our financial teamâ and then force me to use their book in order to even make a withdrawal. Avoid at all costs.
