I go to withdraw my money as this sportsbook is not usable and am told I have to roll my balance over to withdraw. • To everyone especially my fellow Canadians. Do not go near this online Casino. This is the Worst Customer Service ever. Let me sum it up in short form for you.... I joined this Casino because it had a good sign up bonus. Then on every deposit I made I didnt even ask for a deposit match and I would get one plus if I did ask for a deposit match it was always 75%. Now it all makes sense to me tonite here. I went on Betonic Casino after I had come back from being Evacuated from my hometown in the NWT due to Wildfires. 70% of the NWT was evacuated and my Town was evacuated for over a month staying in a hotel. When we got notice we could go home now after I got home I would say maybe a couple weeks I went on Betonic and I was chatting with the Agent named Kai. I was telling him all about my nightmare of evacuation and how it was very expensive living in a hotel for over a month and also paying the household bills for my home. He didnt even listen to my whole story he disabled my account and put it as Self Exclusion. I wrote an email asking why I was labeled self excluded when i didnt even do that to myself and I got an answer saying I had to borrow money from my parents and right there they thought I had no oney but the agent Kai didnt listen to the whole story.
