- i opened an account this month for the free ÂŁ50 bet promotion. when i asked today to find out wheres my free bet i was told The Free Bet was credited to your account on the 16/11/2024 and expired 23/11/2024 I am not able to credit your account ive had to email a complaint to get my free bet if I get it. poor customer service.

- This is a scam business. They do everything in their power to stop you making a withdrawal. They refused to pay out on my legitimately placed bet saying that the bet was placed after the event finished when of course I placed the bet 16 minutes before the event started. Stay away from them if you have any sense

- Website is an absolute scam did the ÂŁ50 free bets promo won the bet and still didnât receive my winnings. With only 7 days to use this so called âwinningsâ I was shown no option to access them and contact from the company was terrible finally being told you had to spend even more real money after winning with my free bets once. If youâre looking to join this company Iâd advise you to be careful as you most likely wonât see your winnings.

Bad site and sneaky offer
- The free bets promo seems good but is so confusing and you actually canât use any free bet winnings until youâve spent all your money (withdrawing will also delete/cancel the free bet winnings). The website is also really hard to use and support service is fairly bad.

- Undefined charges on deposits withdrawal take 3 days to start the approval process while they ask for every form of ID. They then charge for withdrawal as well !!! Stay away from progress play based sites all are the same.

With ÂŁ50 bonus i won ÂŁ369they deducted the ÂŁ50 played and piad ÂŁ319 as bonus until i meet the 1Ă weagering requarment. and then i won ÂŁ99 also i won a bet of ÂŁ4218.13 Since i met the requarment of 1Ă wagering instead of transfering me the full amunt to real money they paid me only ÂŁ200. The biggest scamme ever. Never ever try this companies and go after their scamming offers. Stick with big and trastful ones. Everything will be reported to gambling commission as well. They cant get away with this. I see other people have the same issue. Please report it.

- A horrible little company which is part of ProgressPlay.Avoid all of these casinos they are very clever at hiding things cancelling bonuses voiding bets and now withholding my withdrawals. I joined this clown show in August and immediately felt completely lost despite having over 15 years experience with over 100 sites. They could not even get their loss limit to work they then cancelled my loss limit then decided in the middle of me playing to freeze my account and then start demanding more than a bank would for a mortgage application. I complied fully and quickly and they just kept asking for what I had already sent.The general chat staff were rude and purposely difficult the senior staff seemed more reasonable but then they too turned out to be on the same team as the infantile general staff.Examples?Katie loves arguing and kept denying I hadnât wagered over ÂŁ1000 to receive 15% weekend cashback the next day her colleague confirmed that I was right and I had in fact surpassed ÂŁ1300 but she also claimed that ÂŁ58.95 is 15% of ÂŁ680. Did Katie apologise when I confronted her? Of course not. They finally decided to pay me the difference but they wonât process the payment! They used to do it within a couple of hours but now they just invent excuses such as âthe payment was declined so we have to do it manuallyâ all this whilst every other company I withdraw from is paying me immediately via visa direct just fine - just like Betrino used to!Another example: I had just redeemed some free bets and used 2 out of 4. I then withdrew my balance. The bets disappeared. When you withdraw the main thing you see is a warning that you canât reverse the withdrawal after pressing confirm - thatâs why I pressed it. However they also say it will cancel bonuses which I didnât see. They say it takes a business day but Iâve had payments from them on Saturday and Sunday evenings a couple of hours after withdrawing before.I can only advise everyone to avoid this site and all the others since itâs the same bunch who deal with them all. I am supposed to get a final response from them before I can complain to the UKGC but since they are non responsive I will have to proceed without it.Lastly their casino bonuses have 50x wagering and if you win with a free sports bet itâs not cash you get back. They are just despicable and since they continue to mess me around regarding payments I can never trust them with my money again.The 5 star review is clearly paid or a favour to someone who works there - probably Tylerâs girlfriend mother sister or some other relation. Pathetic.
