- they pull you in with with free bingo and trivia but then they are not fair about it. same ol people win bingo again and again. With trivia when there is a tie sometimes they will award it sometimes not. also there are supposed to be random winners but in reality they are not so random. you will see a pattern of them either choosing the same people or last place always wins. also the mods on chat are sarcastic all the time and must hate their job because they are usually in a bad mood. when someone points out that it was tie but it wasnt called they always say 1 second behind which is ridiculous because 10 answers can come in within 1 second. the mods also like to stir up drama between the chatters by bending the rules for some I guess for their entertainment. Im sick of their passive aggressive comments.

- This casino stole over 7000 dollars from me. I had to get the fraud dept of my bank to investigate. I even notified these scums that double payments were being taken from my account that I did not gamble. I noticed this in the past with my account and I knew something was wrong. I even notified them and sent them proof of information. They were supposed to investigate but instead they sent me to a collection agency for payment. They are crazy as hell!!! Dont F with these people. They are scammers. My bank gave me my funds back as their investigation showed fraud. What kind of business is this;you turn someone over to a collection agency and refused to send a respond to my complaint. There are many gambling casinos online. I am begging you to please find someone else. They are not right. I gave a lot of money to these jokers.I AM REPORTING THESE BASTARDS TO THE GAMING COMMISSION!!!

- I have used this app for years without issue. However the recent changes made within the last year has made it very difficult to make any deposits and I have found it practically impossible to withdraw any funds. In the past I have won and withdrawn $10000. However in the most recent months I won $1000 and was not able to withdraw a single cent.

- A good friend of mine suggested I try my luck on this online casino and said that they pay out quick and have excellent customer support. Bad App and Even Worse Company
- They had an outage during two Monday Night Football game last night so could not cash out as my teams were winning and customer service basically said my tough luck even though their system problem. Should have at a minimum pushed the bet. No longer using their service in New York so many other more reliable services like Draft King Fan Duel Caesars and Point Bet. Throw away app like trash before you get trashed by them especially management and customer service.

- I am on the fence with this casino. What confuses me is when playing slots you can see other players who get wins 100x or greater their bets. - Most fraudulent sports book of all time. Did a 4 leg same game parlay. Three of the plays all won yet because one of the players apparently wasn’t active the entire bet was voided. I’ve never once seen an entire parlay get voided because one play was void. Normally you win the amount for the other 3 plays winning and it was even there mistake for posting a line for a player sitting. Absolutely infuriating and this company should not be legal.

- Horrible company. Extortion specialists. Tried to make a withdrawal and they will only do that after uploading bank statements selfies copy of license copy of bank card. Meanwhile they took a deposit with just my debit info. Customer service is useless. Told them to send me a check and they said they still need all that info.
