- My only complaint with this casino is... This game break the bank makeaways. I have played this game for numerous years and many casinos and I know exactly how it operates and what and how many scatters should be in a game. The game has gotten so bad since I opened my account 4 months ago. That is impossible now to even trigger free spins on its own. The game keeps resetting the reels every three four spins to the exact same non-winning pattern as before and this make sure that the scatter symbols wont come up for free spins. So Ill end up buying free spins over and over spending $100 each set. Starting at 20 is $50 and under constantly everyday. This seems to be a technical glitch obviously because its impossible. Not only that I know this game for very long time and played it for a long time but with thousands of combinations in the game and hundreds of symbols that I can keep losing every time I buy the free spins or every time I finally win the free spins that it pays such a low amount on a $2 bid $9 and under. Ive asked the casino about this numerous times or what nobody ever answers me back. I believe in coincidences happening 1234 or five times but when it keeps happening everyday 10:11 times then something is going on and I dont know what it is. This same thing happens everyday. I cash a bid on my own money out and as soon as I do the games go from being fair the instantly shutting off until they take all my money and then I started all over again the next day. Im just finding it impossible that you can keep buying the free spins at $100 and keep getting under $50 down to even $4 payout starting at 20 times pay. Its just impossible. Ive played the game for many years even in casino rewards. It doesnt even do this and that casino I know for sure cheats. This one I dont know if theyre cheating. It may just be a malfunctioning game but nonetheless I have notified them numerous times about it and nothing is being addressed and Im the one thats losing the money over it. I just want fairness is all Im asking for and nobody wants to look into why the game is doing this. Other than that its good variety of games in this casino. They have fast pay times which are excellent. For those two things I do give a five star and I hope to give a five star if somebody will address the issue with us. Break the bank because its impossible to do what its doing to me for the last couple months since I opened my account. Its absolutely impossible. Sorry to say. Thank you kindly.

I start playing March of this year at the start was okay once I start winning big amounts Betty will stop my withdraws also Betty went to my bank account without my authorization and withdraw $1000. This is the worst casino on line to play they control the winning and play you dirty when is time to pay out. I have file a case with IOG for fraud and worst customer service!
