• I used to play Betty but no longer support this online casino due to them not paying out a Mega win. I was playing a game and won a bonus round. I won the Mega prize which should be a prize of $2000.00. Instead they paid me $15.00. I had screenshot my win so I contacted them. After several emails back and forth they deemed there was no malfunction determined by their tech team and that it was just a visual error. A visual error is a malfunction as far as Im concerned. They reiterated that they would not honor the prize I won and basically said good luck next time. I understand they go by what they claim their server says but when a loyal player has a discrepancy of $1985 you cannot expect them to continue supporting you. It also raises the question that a visual error could go the other way? All the times you believe you lost maybe you actually won and werent paid? I mean who knows since the server is private??
