Worst ever don’t waste money

• Absolutely terrible. Joined and was told I would get £30 free bets and free spins after i placed a £10 bet. Placed £20 and nothing. Contacted them and got £30 for casino which I don’t play. Deposit limit removed without my consent – BetVictor ignored safer gambling rules

• I had a £50/day deposit limit on my BetVictor account for years to keep my gambling under control. After joining talkSPORT BET (which I didn’t realise was owned by BetVictor) my limit was silently removed without my knowledge consent or the required 24-hour cooling-off period.This led to me depositing £330 in a single day – a huge breach of safer gambling practices. When I flagged it to support I was told to “just change it back myself.” My formal complaint was dismissed and BetVictor took no responsibility.IBAS said they couldn’t intervene and referred me to the Gambling Commission – which I’ve now contacted. Very Bad attitude
