• **update.. this has now been paid to me. Thanks **I have been waiting since 11/9/21 and 12/9/21 for my withdrawals which are still in the waiting process.. I was asked to send verification of my drivers license which I sent and was told it had expired. I sent it away for renewal and received it back approximately 7/12/21 and since then I’ve sent the required information with no response on several occasions. There’s no other way to contact them except the email which I’ve had no reply to. I was owed £350 so hopefully they’ll do the right thing and release it but not holding much hope anymore.

• So as it transpires the emails sent by Bgo claiming to have processed the payments were lies designed to mislead. Its never taken this long for any type of payment to reach my account so dont bother fobbing me off. At least I have proof of your lies for the relevant bodies and regulators.The really sad thing is its only for 60 pounds. I have been verifiedthey got in contact asking for my last 3 months of bank statements first than about 3 days later asking for my last 3 months of PayPal statements. 12 days since Ive sent out the last documents they ask for and still counting.Have spoken to live chat once but theyve told me to wait as relevant team is looking at my query and they will respond directly.
