• Awful site I landed the bonus round on a game yesterday and then there was an error message and it cut me off i went back in and I’d lost the bonus round and although my winnings were up £170 this wasn’t reflected and they are telling me no record of me going on the bonus round. My husband works in computers and software and he assured me they will be able to see that I had activated the bonus and played it???

• I played the game and they have refused since September 21 to pay me for the money that I have won on their game. They owe me $31 today. I have written request to them more than five times requesting them to pay me. My bank statements reflect nothing from them. If they can prove that they have paid me then I will write a different review but I do not have it in my checking account where it’s supposed to be returned to from the money where I deposit into their game they’re supposed to pay me back in that same source of payment and they have not done As of today. I would appreciate this review getting into the right people and it be checked out and properly paid out. Thank you.

Waste of time

• Haven’t been able to open app for more than a couple seconds. This started Friday (11-15-24) and is not fixed yet. Lots of trouble with this app but the games were enjoyable.

Gutted

• Enjoy site promos terrible did 100% deposit match deposited 25 but have to wager 40x before can withdraw so £1000 wager. I managed that got up to £780 thinking great ill bank that but no has soon as turns back to cash they drop me to £250 so they took away £530. Thats gutting never taking the promos again could even get a bonus round or decent win after that.

• I just requested a withdrawal for the first time on this site I passed all verification and was told the money would be sent. • I moved sites a few weeks ago when mine closed. I wasnt too sure at first but have now warmed to the site. Im pretty sure all new customers that have this error are probably advised in the same way and think the marketing team need to look deeply into how many customers they have lost at the first hurdle. I am afraid that from a business perspective I am bewildered that any company wants to shun a NEW customer before they have even had any deposit from a bank account.... Why????
