Sketchy and Misleading

• While it’s fun to play they are extremely misleading about “bonus cash.” I have deposited at least $200 and several times I deposited that money using one of their extra cash offers (Example: Deposit “X” amount of dollars and get “Y” amount of extra dollars added to your balance.) Then after you play bingo tournaments (winning some and losing some) and you go to cash out some of what’s left they tell you if you withdraw any money you will lose your so called bonus cash. They also do not tell you how much of the entry fee is your actual deposit and how much is the bonus cash you supposedly received. I have a roughly $140 balance right now but when I go to withdraw it tells me only $63 of that is allowed to be withdrawn which is less than half of my balance. lf I withdraw the $63 I’m at a total loss of about $142 even though it shows my “winnings” as being higher than my deposits. Sketchy as heck. The “bonus” cash makes it look like you have more in your account than you actually do Don’t get caught up in this unless you go in knowing you’re going to get raked over the coals and are ok with losing your money. Or at the very least do NOT use their “extra money” scams.

Awful site

• Awful site I landed the bonus round on a game yesterday and then there was an error message and it cut me off i went back in and I’d lost the bonus round and although my winnings were up £170 this wasn’t reflected and they are telling me no record of me going on the bonus round. My husband works in computers and software and he assured me they will be able to see that I had activated the bonus and played it???

• Enjoy site promos terrible did 100% deposit match deposited 25 but have to wager 40x before can withdraw so £1000 wager. I managed that got up to £780 thinking great ill bank that but no has soon as turns back to cash they drop me to £250 so they took away £530. I have written request to them more than five times requesting them to pay me. My bank statements reflect nothing from them. Disgraceful treatment of players/ misleading promotions

• Having played on this site tonight I would strongly advise people to STAY WELL AWAY. My general impression was a poorly run incompetent untrustworthy site that robs people. The promotions are misleading the chat host Asha was so rude I was genuinely shocked having NEVER experienced such appalling behaviour on any site on the internet. She bullied me deliberately encouraging 2 players to join in her rant. I work for human rights. . I am writing to the gambling commission such are my concerns.

Refusal to pay out

• I just requested a withdrawal for the first time on this site I passed all verification and was told the money would be sent. I receive an email today saying no winnings will be paid as I self excluded on their sister sites therefore I cannot have winnings from this site as apparently this one should have been closed aswell according to them. • I moved sites a few weeks ago when mine closed. I wasnt too sure at first but have now warmed to the site. • Free £10 no deposit welcome bonus did not credit. Live chat told me nothing they could do as I had declined the free bonus even though it was still showing on the my promotions page. Im pretty sure all new customers that have this error are probably advised in the same way and think the marketing team need to look deeply into how many customers they have lost at the first hurdle.
