- I am honest when I say this. Man I was about to give up with verification but their customer service level was on point with my frustration that I couldnt give up. - Well for starters they are taking forever to send me my winnings when I put in the request around 6:00 AM EST and its now 3:00 PM and still nothing and yes I know yall have alot of customers but winnings should definitely be sent out in a timely manner! Yall definitely need to work on your customer service agents as well and also the finance team to respond to emails in a timely manner and not just when they feel like it. Still have a help desk service ticket open for 72 hours for a double payment sent to same address and no one has contacted me through email to update me at all. I have sent in multiple emails trying to reach someone but no response. So for the record thats why I gave 2 stars. You guys really need to step your game up or you might start losing customers. Im just saying. Thank you for your time. Have a great day!

- The sign up bonus and other promotions they have are great. Like the lucky charm chests you can open after making a deposit thats one thing that is offered only on bitofgold. Deposits are made quickly with no issues. If I could recommend any improvements it would definitely be less pop ups on the site and if the withdrawal process could be more efficient. It says withdrawals can take up to 24 hours but you dont know if its going to be paid out within an hour or take the full 24 hours. Also I recently had a withdrawal declined bc it was won from bonus credits earned on the gaming platform. I would understand if i hadnt made any deposits to that platform recently but I had made deposits that same day and days leading up to it.

- tried to deposit this morning but when the money never hit my account I chatted with the live support first on the website he did absolutely nothing about it was like pulling teeth just to get the live agent i was talking with to even message me back finally I emailed the bitofgold support team and received an email back instantly about how theyre going to investigate it and get back with me as soon as possible. HOURS later and still nothing so I sent another email and now hours later Ive still heard nothing back from them. be careful everybody.
