But they declined and said I had to deposit before it so i deposited again but would not put it on the platform until it was at zero! So I played it till it was gone after getting it up past $150. Then I had to ask them 7 times to put my deposit on it since they refuse to let me get refunded yet it took 4-5 hours or more for them to do it just to make me not win a cent from the $30 I got on it! Fraud and BS!

- Well for starters they are taking forever to send me my winnings when I put in the request around 6:00 AM EST and its now 3:00 PM and still nothing and yes I know yall have alot of customers but winnings should definitely be sent out in a timely manner! Yall definitely need to work on your customer service agents as well and also the finance team to respond to emails in a timely manner and not just when they feel like it. Still have a help desk service ticket open for 72 hours for a double payment sent to same address and no one has contacted me through email to update me at all. I have sent in multiple emails trying to reach someone but no response. So for the record thats why I gave 2 stars. You guys really need to step your game up or you might start losing customers.
