Awful scam from this “fair” casino

• Id like to share my experience playing at this casino. I topped up my balance by $80 and after a few bets my balance dropped to $250. When I tried to withdraw my money I received a verification request. Since Im a Russian resident my passport wasnt suitable for verification through the website. I had to send photos of my documents in the chat as well as a selfie with my passport and a note with the date and name of the casino. AND NO ONE ACCEPTED EVEN THESE DOCUMENTS EVEN THOUGH THE OPERATOR SAID HE WOULD CHECK THEM AND VERIFY ME. A few weeks later I received a drivers license which allowed me to verify through the website. I placed a withdrawal request on December 10 2025 and my withdrawal status was On Hold. SUPPORT DOESNT MENTION ANY VERIFICATION TIMELINE OR REASONS WHY THEYRE WITHHOLDING MY MONEY!! I consider this casino a scam. Support is completely incompetent. YOU WILL NOT BE PAID YOUR WINNINGS AND SUPPORT WILL NOT GIVE ANY REASONABLE ANSWERS.IVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY WITHDRAWAL FOR THREE DAYS AND I DOUBT IT WILL EVER HAPPEN. I STRONGLY WARN YOU AGAINST PLAYING AT THIS CASINO. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!If the situation changes Ill update my review. For now for me this casino is a DIRTY SCAM!
