• I was sent an activation link for the $200 bonus and within minutes of connecting to a chat agent im told they can not hold true to the no deposit offer. Its false advertisements to get you to sign up. I would not make a supporting deposit on a site that provides false / misleading information and promotions.

• After talking to support several times and submitting my KYC documents several times I’ve come to the conclusion that this casino will use every excuse to deny your withdraw. I won $200 from the signup bonus and after waiting over 3 months I’m told my KYC documents were denied yet again and to send them in again. Meanwhile I’ve never had KYC issues on any other casino.

• I have been waiting 2 months on my withdrawal of $500 I actually played triple what the requirements were to withdraw. I have sent everything asked of me and still nothing. I won over $20000 with the $200 free and the $30 deposit plus the added bonus for the deposit and had my playthrough up to $80000 before wanting to withdraw $2250 after prompt email telling me I could only withdraw $1000 I played even more and requested to withdraw $500 and very quickly lost everything down to just what I have requested to withdraw. Its basically a scam yes they will give you the bonus and everyone should expect the playthrough to be high as I did (deposit of $33 with a $450% match plus $100 chip= $248.50 they gave me $225 as reflected under transactions yet under withdrawal requirements it says bonus $473.50...anyways wagering requirement amount was $15195 meaning in order to withdraw I had to wager at least $15195. I wagered $18440.55 and still had $2735.99 in winnings after playing for 13 hours. So I met the requirements. Then I try to withdrawal my funds but I am only given Bitcoin withdrawal as an option 7-10days and after going through all the prompts get a message that reads minimum with draw limit not met so I contact support and ask what minimum withdraw amount is. I am told $100. Then why cant I take out $2500? I am told I can only withdraw 10x deposit so $333. So I have to just gamble the rest all back? That negates the entire purpose of winning. Several days later I got into a chat with a service rep. Service rep told me that I did not send my kyc documentation Within 24 hours I would have to request another withdrawal. I sent in the kyc my second draw request for $100. During the waiting time I had $1800 leftover so I started playing with it and it went up and down I got it down $209 ( note they never reimbursed the account for the 1st or 2nd $100 withdrawl) and thats where I stopped. Several days later I got into a chat he told me but I had to have minimum of $300 in order to make withdrawal. Thats when I knew for sure that this was a scam. Dont waste your time or your money on this place and hopefully soon these people will be in jail for ripping people off.
