• SCAM company. Won 300 euros have tried withdrawing 17 times with 3 different cards and they wont send it. Their excuse is there were technical issues 17 times they have told me that. Customer services clearly work off a script as they same the same thing everytime I write to them. I will update IF they ever send the money but I arent holding my breath

• Been playing here for a fair few months and have had mixed reviews mainly how bad. The game payouts are. They say the games are random and the return are based on national RTP levels yet when you ask what they are they refuse to say. Games must display the RTP percentage. The games are rigged and take all your money “dead spinning” you can easily go through £100 on a game and not trigger a single win. When you reach out to customer services they always respond with pre-populated messages which are generic and most of the time have nothing to do with what you are asking. They basically copy and paste their responses they say it’s to speed up customer waiting but in fact it provides extremely poor customer service and shows they ain’t interested in sorting your issue. You get harassed by phoneemail & texts daily and all bonuses given have stupidly high wagering like x45 or x70 which is a joke.Withdrawals are a joke you can only withdraw via Mastercard and the limit is €400 yet you’re able to deposit upto €2000 via visaMastercardApple pay and Bitcoin but they only offer one withdrawal method. They state withdrawals are upto 36 hours they literally will not process any withdrawal under this timeframe as they hope you’ll log back in and play it all and loose.Ironically they say the timeframe can’t be changed and it’s the payment department who reviews it however they often make you wait 36 hours for a withdrawal and then email you saying “Atlas the technique does not always work” stating there was a technical issue with your bank blaming you the payments team will call also to tell you this. You’ll be asked to raise a new withdrawal request and yes you have to wait 36 hours again even though the payments team will team are in the phone to you. • Bounty Reels is a deceitful and dishonest company that has terrible customer service and make it extremely difficult to withdraw money. I have had 2 out of 12 successful withdrawal attempts and those 2 took several days to process whilst funds remained in my account to tempt me to use. My real issue is that BR “siezed” over €1370.00 from my account due to an apparent active bonus. I used a bonus which i thought i’d spent and then deposited €200 to make 2 x bets. I then made the 2 x €100 bets that i wanted and one came in at just over €1000. I tried to withdraw and was told i was unable to due to an active bonus (legacy for some reason?!). I had to bet an additional €600 before i could withdraw! Annoyed with this i did make some bets on the casino and ended uo getting my balance to €1570. I then decided to withdraw it would only allow me to withdraw a max of €400 at a time. I submitted the withdrawal and went back the following day to check. My withdrawal was cancelled and my balance was at €200. I was in disbelief as there was no contact to see why my funds had went missing. I engaged with live chat and they stated i had wagered an active bonus stake outwith that allowed not sure why they took the bet? This active bonus was staked before i deposited the €200 and won my bet but because of this BR seized (stole) my funds. It was clear i deposited €200 to make the 2 x €100 bets ir i would have deposited €193! Engagement with customer support or complaints got me nowhere. The company are clearly there to take advantage if honest customers. During the dispute i have asked for multiple things including chat transcripts and to not receive marketing messages. I havent received all i’ve asked for and continue to be bombarded with marketing emails and messages from BR. BR seem to be rubbing salt in the wound by continuing to pester me. And to top it off Ive tried numerous times to withdraw my remaining €200 and can’t! My banks fault apparently although i have no issues withdrawing from any other platform. Mark and avoid this terrible dishonest and deceitful platform. There are plenty other sites available that wouldn’t dream of stealing from people. Having gambled happily and sensibly for around 30 years with no issues or complaints i’ve never came across anything as bad as this. I’m sure there are many others with similar stories regarding BR so lets hope people get the message.

• From my friends experience If you win big they will leave you hanging to get your withdrawal. you will then be tempted to bet again. This is clearly what they want you to do so you will lose but he won again so now its going to be even harder to get the payment A in house casino or slot machine would pay straight away.
