My biggest problem with Bspin.ios new…

• My biggest problem with Bspin.ios new poker product is intrinsically tied to there not being enough people involved so the minimum number of players for a lot of guaranteed (gtd) tournaments isnt met and the tourneys wont start. I mean it still refunds the ticket or USDT but its frustrating. At the same time if it makes it to the minimum players the payout is waaaaay more than the collective entry total - so the odds of winning are outrageously in your favor compared to other brand tournaments particularly free rolls. A minor problem Ive had besides that Is the use of tether which can be converted to tether from the regular site but not back to other crypto - this was an issue mainly because of the wallet I used which requires gas (ethereum I dont have) to swap or sell the USDT.

• I made a deposit on bspin.io using USDC which I accidentally sent to their USDT address. Normally this isn’t a problem since both tokens run on the same ERC-20 network and are often interchangeable in processing. My USDC transaction went through successfully and after checking on-chain I confirmed that the funds were instantly recovered and sent to Bspin’s main ETH wallet — the same wallet where they route all ERC-20 transactions. So without a doubt they received the funds.However it’s been well over 24 hours and my deposit still hasn’t been credited to my account. The most frustrating part isn’t even the missing deposit — it’s how incredibly slow and unhelpful their customer support has been throughout this entire situation.Their live chat is almost never online so I couldn’t get real-time help when I needed it most. When I finally managed to get in touch I had to wait nearly four hours just to get an email reply — and that reply didn’t offer any real help. They simply said they needed to “contact the payment provider” and that I’d have to wait.That explanation doesn’t make sense. The transaction was completed on the blockchain confirmed and sitting in their main wallet — there’s no third-party provider that needs to “confirm” anything. • I spend over three years playing daily with bspin start it out great promotion weekly tournaments free spins.As time went on and the more time you spend playing with them the less you get and the less they seem to care including dropping there weekly tournament payouts by 75% and pretty much 0 promotions as you level up on the loyalty board which you would think it would be the opposite. The only promotions you will get is from them when you reach higher levels are a few free spins my experience seemed like 15-20 free spins every 1K you on their site and on their social media which anyone can get. The staff was great and friendly in the beginning and very helpful but as time went on and you reach higher levels and spend more time on bspin the less they seemed to care I did ask many times if I was able to speak to a member of the promotion team or a higher up manager but I was told they are the ONLY people I was able to speak to which i didn’t understand since few years back you were able to contact with different departments. Then after I had won money and wanted to withdraw of course the playthrough is outrageous because of the bonus.
