Disgusting customer service

• Disgusting customer service. Been with them for years and ALWAYS received a discount on my subscription. They have put my new contact up by £13 a month and wont budge. Spoke to them in November and they told me it was too early to do anything and to contact them start of December and they would try and sort me out with the same discount. I have just spoken to them and they have told me they dont give discounts and Ive got to give 30 days notice to cancel which now takes me over my contact date... so why couldnt the lady have done it in November as I wouldnt have gone over my date then? I now have to pay 30.99 for a month due to their bad advice. Person I delt with was blunt and ignored me when i told them what had happened in november with the poor advise i was given. just an apology would have been nice. they clearly dont give two hoots about existing customers. They also lied to me outright giving me information I knew was incorrect... so I cancelled.

• This company is a total joke.I am an ex BT Sports viewer and now watch TNT Sports.I do this through the Sky portal.I have tried to get Discovery Plus following the on screen instructions.So far I have been unsuccessful.I tried for about three hours yesterday andwith my son four hours today.I have made several phone calls and had numerous on line chatsI still cannot receive Discovery Plus.The agents I have spoken to just repeat the same instructions time and time again and cannot change from their script.The phone numbers they have given me have invariably been wrong and I find myself paying for a service that I cant receive.If any of their management read these reviewsand I somehow doubt it your company is a disgrace.Your customer service is non existent.

• Worst customer service I have ever had!! I’m now going to go to ofcom to get themTo remove a default that’s not even mine!! Complaint not resolved within time scales no letters sent no final response letter nothing shambles they offered my £45 r be though they have cost me possible hundreds

• I could write an essay but this company has wasted enough of my time so i’ll keep it sort and sweet.Corrupt lying Two-Bit company with thee most docile arrogant employees that seem to think they’re above everybody they speak to whilst sat at their golden desks. i wouldn’t recommend using any of BT’s services to anybody. Complete tyrants.

BT Sport app is awful

• BT Sport app is awful. Experiences of watching UFC the morning after events were live include: BT spoiling the result of fights in their thumbnails (even in their “spoiler free” section) BT cutting off the main event from the end of the stream and streams often feeezing and the crashing (fibre broadband and brand new Samaung tablet). The better the UFC moves somewhere else - the better.

NO TO RACISM CONSTANTLY FLASHING

• Watching the Leicester City v Crystal Palace match to-day I was irritated by NO ROOM FOR RACISM being constantly flashed across the screen. All I wanted to do was to watch football in peace without being brainwashed. Can someone from BT please explain to me how I can be racist just sitting at home watching TV?

• Don’t know where to write this except here Lucy Ward is a terrible commentator and it’s so bad I have to turn the sound off when she’s on. Yes there are bad male commentators but it’s not just her poor knowledge or punditry her banter is bad too. She makes for a really poor watching/listening experience.And I’m not femaleaphobic in F1 which is as blokey as it comes Naomi Schiff is intelligent knowledgable in her field and importantly says as much or as little as is needed as does Martin Brundle who is in my opinion the pinnacle of commentators. A solution needs to be found other than killing the sound it’s not fair other than the game the commentary is the next important thing.

Dont bother if you want to watch UFC

• I pay monthly for the BT sport app. I use it solely for the UFC. BT silently moved the UFC content to discovery plus so people like me can no longer watch it despite paying by c.£30 a month for the privilege. They fraudulently close complaints within 24hrs without resolving them to try and fool the Regulators then ask you to ring their generic customer service line with hour long waiting times at best. Really a terrible company to deal with there are far cheaper ways to access UFC content in the UK if you do some digging.

Appalling service complete joke

• Appalling service. They clearly favour English sports over the rest. Missed the first half of Milan-Inter in September because they were still showing BT Score covering National League matches even though their TV schedule clearly stated they were showing the whole Milan Derby. Same thing happened in October with Inter-Roma when I missed the first 20 minutes because they were still showing post-match interviews from a rugby game.The best part is that I tried submitting a complaint several times and their dedicated webpage doesnt seem to be working. Ive tried three times without succeeding.

What an absolute sack of crap BT Sport…

• What an absolute sack of crap BT Sport is !!They hold the monopoly on all of the Moto GP series but are painfully poor at showing the races after the event or even manage to give away who won in their so called spoiler free section. BT Sport are absolute rubbish and the sooner somebody else buys the rights to broadcast Moto GP the better !!!

Made a mistake which BT made me pay for !

• Made a mistake ordered the BT Sports Ap instead of BT Sports on the TV tried to cancel 2 minutes later. The advisor tried to help but company wouldn’t let him cancel order without me paying one full months subscription. Even though separately I went through the correct process and signed up for BT Sports on the TV immediately. Awful policy awful way to treat your customers.

Showing and charging for a fixed sport…

• Showing and charging for a fixed sport like the Fury fight - feel totally cheated and suspect it’s all about TV coverage especially when Lennox Lewis says Fury won. Defo not buying into future Fury fights. Absolutely disgrace!

LUCY WARD forced on us

• Man City v. Bayern Munich. Champions League. BT forces us to have LUCY WARD to tick a box when WERE the one paying THEM for the privilege of watching a football match! Two years ago they bragged about forcing us- mostly men watching mens football- to have an all woman punditry for Intl Womens Day because well as a big F- YOU to its paying customers. Woke is more important to them than just showing sports. I now watch for free online starting tonight with Man U v. Seville.

Bought £29.99 for 1-month sports pass

• Bought £29.99 for 1-month sports pass. They advertised as; All the European League Conference League Champions League matches are broadcast live on TTN SportThe biggest lie I have ever seen on British Broadcasting History!Exaggeration believe me not at all. I literally watched no qualification matches whatsoever! I missed 8 European matches by trusting this bunch of fraudsters! In the end this is what they said; European Leagues havent started yet. Once it starts we will broadcast accordingly :))))) The biggest and silliest joke ever heard!I am now taking legal action in Civil Court for loss of enjoyment stress and frustration given by lack of service by asking damages for £1000.BEWARE !!!! Worst sports coverage on telly

• Buffering is horrific. Im on superfast broadband with 1 device connected but I get five minutes buffers on standard definition. Programmes are always late starting or is it the RPG thats broke. Commentary on football is probably the worst on TV. They talk too much junk about stuff no one cares about. They do t know players names they are clearly biased against certain teams. Its shocking how bad it is and yet they just spent millions reprofiling the company name. Why not spend the money on creating a decent service and get some known commentators that know about English sports at least. Never mind European games. I hate it but have no other option to watch football. Never seen a decent fight night on BT sports. The cricket is patchy at best. Ill not be renewing my subscription

Stay away: Fraudulent service

• Be warned: BT Sports is a fraudulent service. The system stopped working day 1 I called day 3 to complain and 45 days later after 11 calls and 2 engineer visits the system does not work. They say i can’t cancel because is outside of the 14 days no one there knows how to fix it and they keep moving it around departments. I am surprised they are allowed to operate freely. Stay away.

• Looks like Im the exception to the rule here Early days still Im waiting for my BTsport box but looking at what I am getting via the app its looking very good indeed. plenty of variety. When the box arrives and I run off that then I accept things may change. I will update this review as things develop. Box arrived and set up. I can now record several channels at the same time AND watch the BT sport channels. Happy days.
