• Couple of months ago I made a deposit of 50.00 they declined it for no reason and no explanation. I never did get that money back in my bank and no one knows where it is. After a couple of months I thought I would try again. I deposited another 50.00 and it has been pending for many hours. I have to call Francis again tomorrow to see what’s up. • Very poor customer service. If you get Carlos on the live chat you may as well disconnect. As I completed play through requirements on a bonus the game errored. I reloaded upwards of 20x and it continued. Reported it and when someone FINALLY listened it then took all day to fix it. However my bet amount was changed from 80 cents to 20 cents and they didnt pay. They also never responded to say it was fixed and I cannot access my transaction history to prove what my but was.
