• Very poor customer service. If you get Carlos on the live chat you may as well disconnect. As I completed play through requirements on a bonus the game errored. I reloaded upwards of 20x and it continued. Reported it and when someone FINALLY listened it then took all day to fix it. However my bet amount was changed from 80 cents to 20 cents and they didnt pay. They also never responded to say it was fixed and I cannot access my transaction history to prove what my but was. • Ive spent the last couple of hours trying to think of other times I have been treated as shabbily by a company. Well there was that one time when I tried to rent the portable outh---no even then they made it right. I will state that everybody and their sister knows that the casinos want people to use their apps on their smartphones to gamble. That way you can lose all of your money no matter where you are. So it will always be there beckoning you to take that 40% deposit bonus and play through it 157 times to get the $.15 you have left. I will also say I do not like gambling on a phone. I have a disability that affects eyesight and dexterity and it is too difficult. They dont seem to care because they shooed me away before I could even tell them that part. The game times out forcing you to log back in. Constantly. Multiple times a session. When you are playing Live Craps this is a problem. It can happen as your are placing bets increasing bets or taking bets down. If you arent able to log back in within 15 seconds (which you never are) you can lose a lot of money both in actual losses and because the point was hit before you raise or adjust your bet.
