- Biggest con ever they give you free bonuses every now and then with wagering requirements for you to be able to collect your money which are £4000 which is ridiculous and I finally won wagered the £4000 and was £1980 up went to withdraw the money and because I had met the requirements they then said I had to make a deposit first so I made a deposit and still couldnt withdraw the money and then they turned around and said I had to of made a deposit within the first 30 days of opening my account to be able to withdraw any bonus funds I win if I hadnt made a deposit within 30 days of opening my account you are not entitled to any winnings so why offer you bonuses with wagering requirements if you still cant accept it scam

- THEY WONT PAY LARGE WINNINGS - DO NOT DEPOSIT ANY MONEY!!!The company won’t pay any large winnings as in my case after I won €10k they fraudulently claimed that the money I used was part of Free spin bonus and therefore I can get only €350. After I showed them Account history report that clearly shows No bonus money was used they just ignored what I was saying constantly saying “we sent you all info in the email” Please note that all card payments are being processed by breaching MasterCard & Visa Rules as payments are for non gambling merchants and therefore can easily be Chargeback for “items not received”

- Worst gambling site I’ve ever played at and I’ve played at A LOT. I won $500 went through a very lengthy verification process that records more documents that I think is personally necessary. Took over a month to receive my winnings and when I did I only received $150. They said they’re policy states you can only win up to 10 times the deposit amount. Absolutely absurd. Coming up with anything to make sure customers get the least amount possible. Will never play here again and neither should you. Spend your money elsewhere.

- Awful casino do not pay out winnings after 7 days of 2 pending withdrawals they then told me I needed to provide documents even though they already verified them previously. The second withdrawal I won £350 and when I tried to withdraw they said I could only withdraw £50.14 and then proceeded to tell me I could not have that either due to it being “bonus winnings” and “every customer is allowed to cash out bonus winnings once in their lifetime” still waiting on any money from them but emails and live chat are useless. Only time they seem to cooperate is when you are depositing!! STAY AWAY DO NOT PLAY!!! Will be reporting this company to the gambling commission.

- Went through withdrawal process after despot and submitted all documents and verified been waiting on withdrawal longer than there 7-14 day withdrawal process by the way that got longer every time I asked on a withdrawal status. Casino Refuses to Cashout After Winning
- I made several sizeable deposits to Candyland Casino after a month of breaks and then a few months before that. When I had lost for a while I asked what the terms were for redeeming my comp points. They came out and said that because I was a VIP they were approving a 10x redemption for comp points for me. I had $966 comp points and they confirmed it was 1x rollover and then it was a max of 10x that for redemption. I WON and got to the $9660 mark. They confirmed that I won that much in chat and then via email.After I started asking about withdrawals they came back and tried to say well on our website it says $100 max so we did you a favor and then told me I needed to be active and deposit more and participate in promos if I wanted my money. Mind you NONE of this was told to me up front when they took ALL my money before that. To date theyve only given me $1000 of the money I won. They keep telling me I have to be active and deposit more to get the other $8660. This is BS. They gave me the terms and made the exception. Now theyre repeatedly telling me to deposit more money before they give me what I rightfully won. Here is the email proving it. They were supposed to cash out the other withdrawals and they instead did only half of 1 of the 3 pending. They absolutely confirmed in email and chat that I won the entire $9660. Now I am fighting to get all of my winnings before I will go and spend another penny on their website. Theyre making it seem like theyre doing me a favor by stealing $8660 from me. Its so messed up. Heres proof of them admitting they wont pay me and admitting that I won another 9000... please help! This is crazy.
