• Scam alert!!!! I deposited using promotion. I completed playthrough and cash out $250. I submitted verification stuff 8/21. I was verified 8/31. 9/21/25. I got a deposit of $30 from this casino. I asked chat support why this amount and was told a manager would send email. I immediately closed all casino sites affiliated with Candyland. Stay away far far away. I’m going to every site possible to leave this same exact review. I repeat do not waste your money at this site!!!!!UPDATE: I closed my account with candyland and any sister sites on 9/21/25. Support from candyland was nonexistent until I got the $30 then I was emailed several times. I said my peace. The sad part is if they would have been transparent regarding terms and conditions this wouldn’t have been an issue. I would still be a customer. I still have terms and conditions nowhere in the terms does it say MCOx10 deposit. I would never complete a $900 playthrough for $30. • Worst gambling site I’ve ever played at and I’ve played at A LOT. I won $500 went through a very lengthy verification process that records more documents that I think is personally necessary. Took over a month to receive my winnings and when I did I only received $150. They said they’re policy states you can only win up to 10 times the deposit amount. Absolutely absurd. Coming up with anything to make sure customers get the least amount possible. Will never play here again and neither should you. Spend your money elsewhere.

• Awful casino do not pay out winnings after 7 days of 2 pending withdrawals they then told me I needed to provide documents even though they already verified them previously. The second withdrawal I won £350 and when I tried to withdraw they said I could only withdraw £50.14 and then proceeded to tell me I could not have that either due to it being “bonus winnings” and “every customer is allowed to cash out bonus winnings once in their lifetime” still waiting on any money from them but emails and live chat are useless. Casino Refuses to Cashout After Winning

• I made several sizeable deposits to Candyland Casino after a month of breaks and then a few months before that. When I had lost for a while I asked what the terms were for redeeming my comp points. They came out and said that because I was a VIP they were approving a 10x redemption for comp points for me. I had $966 comp points and they confirmed it was 1x rollover and then it was a max of 10x that for redemption. I WON and got to the $9660 mark. They confirmed that I won that much in chat and then via email.After I started asking about withdrawals they came back and tried to say well on our website it says $100 max so we did you a favor and then told me I needed to be active and deposit more and participate in promos if I wanted my money. Mind you NONE of this was told to me up front when they took ALL my money before that. To date theyve only given me $1000 of the money I won. They keep telling me I have to be active and deposit more to get the other $8660. This is BS. They gave me the terms and made the exception. Now theyre repeatedly telling me to deposit more money before they give me what I rightfully won. Here is the email proving it. They were supposed to cash out the other withdrawals and they instead did only half of 1 of the 3 pending. They absolutely confirmed in email and chat that I won the entire $9660. Now I am fighting to get all of my winnings before I will go and spend another penny on their website. Theyre making it seem like theyre doing me a favor by stealing $8660 from me. Its so messed up.
