- **** Update. I have done what they requested and emailed them to which I have not received any reply. Its Friday now original date of withdrawal request was Sunday. They still have not sent me any money not even the $15 they said they would. Seems like they just reply to reviews and dont follow through with anything. More like Captain CROOKS casino! Nowadays pretty much every online casino pays out within minutes. But NOT these guys. They say wait 48 hrs then the next business day it will be sent before noon. So far Ive waited 96 hrs and havent seen a dime of my money. They are all liars they will tell you that they cant send you to a manager thats a blatant lie! After long enough they transfered me right away. Absolute worst customer service I have ever seen anywhere. Everyone there should get fired and hire new people. Im absolutely disgusted to think Ive been a customer for years. 🖕

- On registering the biggest problem was the x100 wager to the bonus given! You have no way of opting out of this ridiculous offer as they cover themselves by saying you need to agree. Check boxes come up on 1st payment asking whether you want the bonus I didnt check it and assumed they would not automatically apply it. BUT THEY DID and have been doing for the last 5 deposits without my actual permission. So now youre stuffed as the wager 100 times is impossible to meet. They will continue to take your money and set limitations on your account. Youll find the RTP goes down much further than 50%..and I know this from playing regular games that I am familiar with. Not sure who is the actual owner of the site as it looked to be a bonafide site run by Microgaming platforms. Unfortunately as a new asino there is much to be said for the lack of support and hidden agendas just dont work well for me.
