• Im a fool for not listening to the reviews here. Actually won with the free spins I was given completed the playthrough and kept my withdrawal under the maximum cash out but of course they found a way to not pay out. • I recently made a deposit here and started playing and it went well I won $18000 playing slots and was stoked. I was stoked until I went to cash out that is. I fallowed their rules and did the playthrough on the bonus money and it said that all the money was available to cash out so I put in to cash out 17 of tge 18 thousand dollars thinking Id play on the thousand that I left there for a while. After going through the withdrawal stuff I checked out the tournaments that they have and thought what the hell I will try one. I played the tournament and got up to first place at the time I played and then I closed the website and went and did stuff for the rest of the day and then got back on the next morning just to see what it would say and low and behold it said that my account had 0 dollars in it. • Non payers. And the people I know that did make small withdrawals from complained of payments being very slow. A month or more. If I were seeking to make a deposit in a casino then there are plenty that will pay within a couple of hours some 24 hours and some take as long as a week but to take a month or the chance of non payment is unacceptable. • Ive won quite a few times over 1k profit from these inclave casinos. While Ive noticed if you cash out over 500 it does seem to take a bit longer to get your withdrawal approved and sent I have always been paid. So I really cant say much of anything bad. People arent reading the t&cs and are complaining afterwards. Yeah if you win a lot be prepared to probably wait but itll get there eventually.

Theftby deception is illegal

• I won $50 in a supposedly FREE tournament made the required deposit and got the confirmation email stating that my winnings were on the way. I went in today to see what was taking so long and was told that because I was playing in a FREE tournament the system sees that as multiple free chips in a row and declined my withdraw because I supposedly didnt make a deposit! This site is another theft by deception false advertising site!!

• I won $6000 they have paid out half of that over a 3 month period and still waiting on the rest. I came here today extremely frustrated with their slow payout process.I was told 7-10 business days after my payout was approved which took another 7-10 business days so already a month. I came to see why I haven’t received after the 28 days they claimed told me to wait 24 hours and they had escalated it. Came back then told to wait 48 hours and then today told to wait 72 hours. Why the heck does it take that long. Worst payout process I’ve ever been a part of.Also they take your vip or depositor status away while you’re withdrawing anything so you can’t use any free chips the deposit bonuses are limited to extremely high play through and very low max cash outs. • It’s a scam! I won $12000 but had to play through $10000 to actually be able to cash out. Then when I tried to cash out the $2000 the employee told me that I could only cash out $1770 because I was initially given a $250 free chip and that $250 needed to be deducted. So they deducted the $250 and I tried to cash out $1770. I waited a few days and asked customer service how many days it takes to withdraw. He looked at my account and said the max I could withdraw is $250 since that’s the value of the free chip. I told him that I was already told by the other employee (and provided him screenshots) that I would be receiving $1770 and that the $250 was already taken from my account by the company. He said it didn’t matter I would only be getting $250 and I can refer to terms and conditions.Update: I looked in the terms and conditions and it specifically says-Unless specifically stated otherwise bonus amount is always considered non-cashable and will be removed from the amount of your withdrawal request. E.g. if the Player receives a bonus of $100 and later requests a $390 withdrawal the $100 bonus will be removed and the withdrawal will total $290.
