If they had negative stars that’s what they would’ve gotten.They ask for bank accounts they ask for proof of an address they asked for PDFs of your banking transactions and even when you send all of that there’s some reason that they can’t pay out. They can’t do it via check. They will not return it to your debit or credit card like any other online casino does. They make it so hard to get your winnings that most people give up. • As many of the reviews state Captain Jacks is deceptive dishonest and should not be allowed to fleece people. They make it very easy to gamble in the site but deny you the money you e won. I literally entered my verification information 6-7 times only to have it not accepted. Then I got notice they accepted it but when I tried to cash out I was asked again to submit my verification and the process started over.
