They allow only 500-800 Euro payout and if u win a couple thousand you have to wait three days before they actually Pay out the 800. and After this you can request the next 800. they say you can have 3 payouts in the wait line and After requesting the 3 payouts suddenly After 3 days they cancel all 3 of them because they want u to Upload a shi*ty bill or something. So u need the wait again. The whole System wants you not to get winning and to keep playing Till you have lost everything. The do not offer any Player Protection and the I was VIP Level 3 out of 5. No Player Support. Also the VIP System is not transparent at all my Level been Stuck at 99% since 2 days but I played a lot. The next Level would let me payout 1000 Euro per request. • ***Update: I did end up receiving my first withdrawal after a while. I’m still waiting for the remainder of my withdrawals but so far so good going to adjust the rating for now if I don’t receive the rest of my withdrawal will update it again.Giving this a 1 star but will update my review to a 5 star if I am paid my winnings. I’ve been waiting for 5 days to withdraw and have not received my winnings yet. Other than that the Casino is actually great and has tons of games and features but again if you can’t withdraw your winnings then it all isn’t worth it. • I was experiencing some account difficulties and had spent quite abit of time with customer support but could not get my problem resolved. I was extremely frustrated and actually gave up on expecting a positive outcome. I switched off and vowed never to play again. A few hours later i decided to give it one more try. I was connected to a wonderfully understanding and helpful support agent called Tandy. Amazingly within a short period of time she had heard my problem sympathised with me apologised for the delay in resolving my issue and promised me she would do what she could to deliver me a conclusion. • Sites customer service is terrible.... They call you a VIP and treat you like garbage and dont resolve your issues. I have wasted hours of my time dealing with there live chat and never got my issues resolved and they ended our chats 3 times which is brutal hanging up on your customers because you cant fix their problems.
