- I have recently joined casino of gods and have to say my experience has been very good up to now. Verification was straight forward and my pay out done within 48 hours despite it being Christmas! I think a lot of the negative comments come from disgruntled players who either lose or dont follow proper verification process. As I said excellent site .only down side is paying administration fee on payout which is why I didnt give 5 stars. Thanks.

- My account is fully verified but because they do not want to pay out my balance of 19k they are now asking for notarised documents of items I dont possess despite passing the original verification process. Banned for no reason
- Deposit 3 times won a decent 2240 then suddenly my account was banned because my residence doesn’t match my ID even though I am legally working and paying taxes in the UK.I went across all the terms and condition and nowhere it states that my origin country is a high risk so therefore my account banned.They took my funds away and now I am going in circles I provided everything they need and all the proof they want but still no luck.My PASSPORT is valid as is all the documents I supplied they just found a reason not to pay me out.

- A few weeks ago I tried to withdraw money to a card but I was advised this wasnt possible due to this being a different paymebt method which is rubbish as Ive done this on other sites which was fine. Its just a way to get around keeping your money. I now have no way of accessing the site due to some issues with gambling its only less than £50 so should be able to refund this without any problem.

- Long story short I used a 3rd party payment on 22nd Jan and won £5000 however they confiscated after telling me I could withdraw once I signed a declaration. However weeks or waiting and no communication they told me I couldnt have it. They then told me I could have the deposit back but they will not pay it theyve declined my withdrawal 9 times over the last couple of weeks. Please dont use this site they will not give you your money.

- My advice is not to join this online casino. My experience has been a nightmare. The customer service team gave me incorrect information and dragged my issue out for more than 2 weeks now and it is still unresolved. Be aware they will take 72hours to reply and still do not answer questions with anything more than the generic pre loaded response. Furthermore clarify exactly what docs they require as once u send those in 72 hours later you will be asked for something more. And then again....and then again and again. Terrible communication disgusting timeframes to reply and zero help given. The lack of common sense and NO flexibility is appalling. This casino shouldnt be allowed to trade. Signed Disgusted and defeated.

After appealing the decision they refunded the winnings and today they are in my bank account. They did not need to refund the winnings so I am giving them 4 stars.
