• I have been waiting 5+ days for a withdrawal and still have not received it. I have been on live chat and emailed them and all they tell me is that it is being reviewed by the relevant team and that is all they can advise.Would not recommend at all.

Really positive experience

• I have been playing a few casinos lately checking out the slots which is what I mostly enjoy to play. I was really skeptical after reading some of these reviews but after a decent win I decided to try withdraw funds. I did get asked for verification documents which I uploaded easily to my account . Within a couple of hours I was fully verified and the money was in my account. The game play is excellent as is the customer service chat facility. Kevin was extremely helpful . One of the worst!

• Just for the record I’ve been gambling online for 23 years.This is one of the worst I’ve played at!Signed up deposited didn’t get the new player bonus didn’t even have a mention of it. Played for a few hours on low stakes but it swallowed £500 no problem. They then asked for a document from Apple to prove the original card wasn’t no longer linked to my Apple Pay because Apple clearly always hand out documents when you simply change the card linked to it…what a joke! I just sent a screenshot which seemed to work. Then they wanted a photo of my bank card and a bank statement proving I made the deposits from my other card which I sent over. I then stated to just send the withdrawal straight to my card and not Apple Pay which they’ve ignored and I’m currently sat here many days later still waiting for the payment.
