Winning bet changed to not accepted

• I placed a bet at 2.18 odds. The bet accepted. The bet was sitting there in my open bets. The bet went on to win and then the bet all of a sudden was not accepted and they returned my stake instead and adjusted the stake to £0 with the bet still in my bet history. Live chat have been useless taking ages to respond with their standard generic replies. Scammers.
