- Just don’t waste your time signing up. I play the same slot game on a few different sites and casino of dreams is the only site that doesn’t land bonus rounds or any kind of win. Honestly it really is just dead spins. You will watch your money disappear so quickly and you will NOT land a bonus round no matter what game you play. It really is the worst site and I’m not being a sore loser because I absolutely understand what gambling is about. I’m just going off my experience of using this site for over a year. Every time I’ve deposited my money has been gone within minutes. It genuinely has been the worst site I’ve used. If you sign up you WILL end up feeling disappointed. Casino of dreams please don’t bother replying with the same old response because the only thing that people take notice of is their experience on the site and the experience is awful. Account deleted and I will never use this site again.

- Actually one star is too generous but it’s my only option. I have been emailing and chatting to support for over a year now trying to locate a missing credit balance. At first I would get acknowledgment replies advising that it would take time but now I don’t even get that. I must have emailed at least 10 times over the past 12 months but I’m still no closer to a resolution. I deposit a sum of money then won and won more on slots then went to blackjack then roulette ended up with around 6k but as I went over the wager rules wasnt allowed to withdraw anything. Instead all confiscated and told my deposit only would be refunded. That never happened either. A few hundred deposits to life changing to zero. Thats my story. And the response to emails were long i.e 72hrs and rude.

Loyal member let down
- Ive been a member of this site for a few years and never had a problem they are good payers when it comes to small amounts but recently Ive won a larger amount and they asked for me to verify my account which i did via everything theyve asked and was told 48 hours to check but its gone past that. Ive been in contact with them to ask why they still havent paid and get what feels like delaying tactics. If they do get round to paying i will give you an update. Update after a few emails back and forth they have finally verified and paid. For this i will up it to 4 stars

- This is a company of THIEVES who are not to be trusted. Originally signed up with them way way back on 6th November 2018 via TopCashBack. It has now been over 1 year and they have completely failed to honour their cashback agreement. In the previous 1.5 years I have signed up to around 30 various companies via TopCashBack and not had an issue with this service from any other company apart from Casino of Dreams. Do not use this company they are dishonest thieves who do not honour their debts.EDIT: I have also looked back at some other reviews and see another user posted the exact same problem a couple of months ago to which no reply has been received on here (although they clearly reply to some other reviews). As far as I am concerned lack of any response just shows further guilt - AVOID!!!

- So far so good. Peggy in live chat was amazing. Really helpful and didnt have to wait long to connect to live chat. Good selection of games. Verified electronically but sent in docs anyway as recommended by Peggy. Just made a withdraw so hopefully they stick to their withdraw time frames. Can’t fault them so far
