Loyal member let down

• Ive been a member of this site for a few years and never had a problem they are good payers when it comes to small amounts but recently Ive won a larger amount and they asked for me to verify my account which i did via everything theyve asked and was told 48 hours to check but its gone past that. Ive been in contact with them to ask why they still havent paid and get what feels like delaying tactics. If they do get round to paying i will give you an update. Update after a few emails back and forth they have finally verified and paid. For this i will up it to 4 stars

• Actually one star is too generous but it’s my only option. I have been emailing and chatting to support for over a year now trying to locate a missing credit balance. At first I would get acknowledgment replies advising that it would take time but now I don’t even get that. I must have emailed at least 10 times over the past 12 months but I’m still no closer to a resolution. I deposit a sum of money then won and won more on slots then went to blackjack then roulette ended up with around 6k but as I went over the wager rules wasnt allowed to withdraw anything.
