- Casino of Nightmares more like. If I could give less I would. Over a 12 mont period Ive made over £240 in deposits and not one single withdrawal. Like the majority of other reviews on here it doesnt matter what game you play you rarely receive bonus features. When you do receive bonus features you win the bare minimum and never enough to make a withdrawal of any winnings. All of the Pragmatic Play games that usually have Reel Drop rewards on all other UK sites are non existent on this site which also makes me dubious as to where they get their license from. Id advise anyone looking for a new casino to stay well away from Casino of Dreams. I dont mind losing a bit of money it comes with the territory of gambling. I gave this site a chance for a number of months and Im sold on the fact that its definitely a scam. Look elsewhere.

- Absolutely disgusting site. The games are so rigged. It takes ages to get a bonus on any game and when you finally do the payout is always pennies. I play a game and got 15 free spins and a retrigger. So 30 spins and had a total of 26 dead spins lol. This is always the same outcome on any game. Avoid at all costs.

- Just don’t waste your time signing up. I play the same slot game on a few different sites and casino of dreams is the only site that doesn’t land bonus rounds or any kind of win. Honestly it really is just dead spins. You will watch your money disappear so quickly and you will NOT land a bonus round no matter what game you play. It really is the worst site and I’m not being a sore loser because I absolutely understand what gambling is about. I’m just going off my experience of using this site for over a year. Every time I’ve deposited my money has been gone within minutes. It genuinely has been the worst site I’ve used. If you sign up you WILL end up feeling disappointed. - Actually one star is too generous but it’s my only option. I have been emailing and chatting to support for over a year now trying to locate a missing credit balance. At first I would get acknowledgment replies advising that it would take time but now I don’t even get that. I must have emailed at least 10 times over the past 12 months but I’m still no closer to a resolution. I deposit a sum of money then won and won more on slots then went to blackjack then roulette ended up with around 6k but as I went over the wager rules wasnt allowed to withdraw anything. Instead all confiscated and told my deposit only would be refunded. That never happened either. A few hundred deposits to life changing to zero. Thats my story. And the response to emails were long i.e 72hrs and rude.

Loyal member let down
- Ive been a member of this site for a few years and never had a problem they are good payers when it comes to small amounts but recently Ive won a larger amount and they asked for me to verify my account which i did via everything theyve asked and was told 48 hours to check but its gone past that. Ive been in contact with them to ask why they still havent paid and get what feels like delaying tactics. If they do get round to paying i will give you an update. Update after a few emails back and forth they have finally verified and paid. For this i will up it to 4 stars

- This is a company of THIEVES who are not to be trusted. Originally signed up with them way way back on 6th November 2018 via TopCashBack. It has now been over 1 year and they have completely failed to honour their cashback agreement. In the previous 1.5 years I have signed up to around 30 various companies via TopCashBack and not had an issue with this service from any other company apart from Casino of Dreams. Do not use this company they are dishonest thieves who do not honour their debts.EDIT: I have also looked back at some other reviews and see another user posted the exact same problem a couple of months ago to which no reply has been received on here (although they clearly reply to some other reviews). As far as I am concerned lack of any response just shows further guilt - AVOID!!!

- So far so good. Peggy in live chat was amazing. Really helpful and didnt have to wait long to connect to live chat. Good selection of games.
