But they accepted my $100 deposit even if my address was not yet verified. So I thought everything will go smooth. I even waggered the required amount of $3500. So my balance was no longer a bonus amount. It is something that I am able to withdraw. I tried to contact chat support if they could verify my address so I could play and withdraw. They said they needed more documents to verify my address. I also emailed helpdesk and they just keep pointing out that address needs to be verified. • Scam on withdrawal. They dont respond for pending withdrawals. If u win big They ask gap period after sending some withdrawals. There is no such rule in any other casino sites.
