- DO NOT USE THIS GAMBLING SITE! I deposited £50. Won and went to withdraw £150. Not a huge win by most standards. I won on a Saturday morning. Withdrawal was sat in “under review” all weekend. Contacted the company asking why they told me it has to be 3 business days. We’re now on day 7 5 business days and it’s still under review. I’ve read all the other reviews on here too they’re thieves absolutely do not use this side

Stupid spamers. Avoid
- I finally received my full payment from CasinoLab after around 60 days of waiting. It was a really stressful process with a lot of back and forth and delays but in the end they did pay everything owed to me. Because of that I’m giving them 3 stars — they’re clearly legitimate and do pay but the withdrawal times really need serious improvement. Hopefully they sort out their payment speed in the future because waiting two months is just not acceptable.

- Update: 02.10.2025 Recieved one of 3 pending withdraws! Why the other two are not processed??? Why as well instead of paying me 500£ you payed me 554.78€ that is equal to 48089£ with 20£ less than my withdraw amoun!!!!??? - Been waiting for my withdrawal to be processed for over two weeks now. Twice it was cancelled by them. Their game is to delay withdrawals as long as possible so you have to respin and lose.
