• I know everyones experience is different but I can honestly say Ive never had any problems with casino lab I would wish the withdrawals were quicker but now Im a VIP level 4 I get my withdrawals the following day I have withdrawn small amounts and very decent amounts and has always been in my account by the next day so my experience with them is 5 star I really enjoy this site and the games on offer So thankyou Casino lab for giving me no problems so far

I have withdrawn twice in the past

• I have withdrawn twice in the past once in jan and then again in February. Both times my withdrawals were paid out the next day. However this time they just never paid out and kept making excuses up saying there is delays. Avoid!!!!! They wont pay out !!!

• I would suggest people to check trust pilot before depositing money into this casino because these guys are scammers. Everything said in their website is false information. You can deposit as much as you want and when it comes to withdrawal they never process it. • These cowboys are a disgrace- avoid at all costs. They have no regard for problem gamblers and don’t close your account when you’ve asked them. They don’t honour any promotions whatsoever so there’s no way withdrawal will be easy. You’d have to be mad to deposit with these charlatans in my opinion. **update**Still ignoring my requests to close my account and delete my data. Continues to harass me via texts trying to get me to deposit. Emailed them four times now and nothing. • Well well well wonders never cease 2.15am March 29th I made my first ever withdrawal request for £400... the days passed.. 2.15am April 3rd I contacted customer services I stated that they claim to complete withdrawals within 3 days Id now been waiting 5days but my withdrawal request status was still saying requested they did reply really quite promptly to be fair saying there was a delay with my request but they were working on it. Obviously Alarm bells start ringing at that point i assumed it to be one of those usual ambiguous rip-off replies so i checked them out on here(TrustPilot) n all I found were more things to worry me.. however to my complete suprise at 7.20am April 3rd my £400 withdrawal was in my bank account At this point in time i wouldnt give Casinolab 🌟 🌟 🌟.. Id actually like to give Casinolab 🌟🌟🌟.5.. in my opinion they are a bit slow but I did get paid so fair play Casinolab. However Ive noticed other reviews saying theyve had restrictions put in place regarding withdrawals of anything over £400 so we shall see if they give me problems in the future but at the moment Im relieved to have been paid my £400..

• Ive played with these guys for months and their sister site Cazeus. Honestly my experience has been incredible up until now. When I first joined I was dubious because I read everyones reviews on here but Ive had hundreds paid out to me successfully and customer service has always responded etc. yes sometimes deposits take a little longer but until now Id never had an issue. Id go as far as to say I loved this casino.Except now Ive won a bigger amount which is substantial for me and would completely change/make my year. And now Im on day 5 and no payout got a feeling Im not going to get them. Ive got three withdrawals lined up and I keep being told that its in final stages but nothing. • Gambled over £3000 in around a month and a half when I made a withdraw for the first time it was over the weekend so it wasn’t processed as you all know the addiction of gambling got the better of me and I spent all my winnings back in which was around £800 a small fraction of what I deposited. After I lost this I requested my account be closed 12/3/25 and to this date my account still hasn’t been closed. To which the sent me offers every day dragging my back in and allowing me to spend another £750. Zero duty of care to the customer. I emailed over 15 times to close my account with no reply.
