• Very disappointing experience. I submitted a withdrawal request on September 21st and waited for three weeks even though the company states that withdrawals are processed within three days. In the end my request was cancelled due to a system error — not my fault — and I had to submit a new one. The overall support experience was awful offering no real help or accountability. The lack of reliability and professionalism in handling a simple withdrawal process is unacceptable especially when other companies complete such transactions within minutes.
