• Bunch of criminals. They happily take your deposits then cut all communications when it comes to a withdrawal. Following up with ‘regulator’ but I know all is lost. • I won 800.00 euros 2 weeks ago and its still on hold. Every day I email finance who dont bother responding and chat just say I will leave a message. Then they say you must wait its excuses every day. I am not holding out any hope in getting my winnings but I will be reporting them to the gaming ombudsman if I dont get a response tomorrow. In the t&c it states withdrawals processed within 3-4 days and hits your bank account in 5-7 days.

Not closing account causes major concerns.

• Platform plays well multiple depoists over a 2 week period not a single winning visit. As a result I asked them to close the account. The account is still active 48hrs later. Live chat only accessible from 6am to 10pm though there was a nice playable bonus to my account. Major concerns when it takes forever to close your account nowhere near as good as PH casino. My advice avoid at all costs.

• Dont go near this casino. I requested a self exclusion 3 times and they just ignore the requests. Any casino that doesnt close youre account when you ask is a scam casino. The fact they wont close the account is a sure give away that they also wont pay if you win.
