Title: Withdrawal Marked as Success but No Payment Received – No Help from Support
- Review/Message:I made a withdrawal of Rs15000 from MCW Casino via JazzCash. The transaction (ID: W878295509) is showing as Success but I have not received the money in my JazzCash account.I tried contacting your live chat support multiple times but they are completely ignoring me and not taking the issue seriously. This is extremely unprofessional and feels like fraud.I have attached the screenshot as proof and I am warning other users to be very cautious before trusting this platform. If my issue is not resolved soon I will continue to post this complaint on other public forums and report this platform for scam behavior.Kindly resolve this issue immediately.

SCAM – MCW Took My Money No Support Just Auto-Replies!
- I made a cash-out transaction of ৳6000 on 24/03/25 using bKash (Transaction ID: CC03T7QV05). The money was deducted from my account but MCW never deposited it. Their support team is useless only sending auto-replies instead of actually helping.I have proof of my transaction yet they continue to ignore me. This is fraud! I demand my money back immediately. - Hi i am a megacasino user my username: Itzvikas. I have placed a bet on SA20 Match between Sunrisers Eastern Cape and Pretoria capitals on megacasino and as you all can check the scorecard of that match. Sunrisers Eastern cape were scored 12 fours and Pretoria capitals scored only 9 fours.My bet was Sunrisers Eastern Cape will score most fours. But they settled my bet as lost and upon requesting a review they told me both team scored equal number of fours which is 12.
