This is the third time i am leaving a…
- This is the third time i am leaving a review since it has been deleted the last 2 previous times Casinoways owe me a total of £52000. They currently have no ADR in place or any authoritative body which overlooks their casino Meaning if they do wrong there is nothing in place to MAKE them pay up or act accordingly. I have exhausted their email chat and they have stopped responding altogether like many others on this review page i do not know how they are still allowed to operate. They have paid me out of£13000 till this date but £52000 is still owed and will not be paid for whatever reason. I am asking YOU CASINOWAYS through this review to tell me WHO i can email OTHER than your tired out support email address to HELP me with my CASE. I look forward to hearing from you. You KNOW who i am and what my open case is against you. €59000 / £52000 on my self excluded case

- I usually enjoy playing this site. But lately they have removed all red tiger games and now every pragmatic game I play is lagging. They are saying its a pragmatic issue but I dont seem to have a problem on other sites which is strange. If its not sorted put soon I will spend my money elsewhere.

But unfortunately they changed bonanza to the bonus buy version and withdrawls are to slow but always received them So for them reasons Ill be playing else where as theres other non UK casinos who are processing instant bank transfers to UK players. You will get paid if yous dont mind waiting some withdrawals have been processed in hours and some have taken 4 working days 😕

- Made a deposit of 300 euros. Took the money from my bank account but the money never turned up in my casinoways acct. Have contacted them multiple times and have been told the relevant team are looking into it. This was Friday evening. The money has left my account and shows in the transactions on their side but still no help from them. Ill be reporting them for fraud. I wouldnt ever use them again.

- Easy to deposit if you want to withdraw you have to show driving licence bank card(back and front (covering the 3 digits) and bank statement (showing casinoways transactions) I know some do ask for proof but surely the bank card I deposited on would be enough proof I contacted them via live chat but they wont let any winnings go unless you provide all 3 unfortunately my details are worth more than the 900.00 winnings they are holdingIm really sad I joined them now😥😥 I really could do with the winnings

- My favourite casino ! This is my second review as I feel this casino dosent get the credit it should ! I have never had any issue with being paid out and it’s always been within 48 hours business days as stated on their site it always clears same day if approved in the morning the only gripe I have is you can only withdraw €2000 a day so if you win big it sits in account and you risk cancelling it and gambling it but that’s on us gamblers not the casino ! I have won multiple times and I have been paid out every time without issues !
