Verification and withdrawal
- My first withdrawal went through super easy and paid in my account the following the day. My second withdrawal has been a complicated process it is a larger amount. I have submitted supporting documents they have asked and im still waiting for the team to verify the documents. I am confused as to why my second withdrawal is different to my first. HOPING its not a dudd cause its a large amount zzz I will change my review and rating once I see my large withdrawal paid into my account. - It was a good site to begin with fast withdraws and very easy. But as soon as I won something big. There was delay after delay same thing over again. I then got told to cancel my withdraw as the amount was too big and was only allowed to withdraw a certain amount this month. However the withdraw amount is still pending and I’ve been following up getting the same answers (that they will make it a priority and take it up with managment) but I’m still waiting. I’m having to follow up 3/4 times a day. Very disappointing. This site is happy to take your money then as soon as you win something huge it becomes a mission to withdraw.

- (To be fair after a little back and forth it has arrived to my account within a day therefore I’ll change my review)I have been having issues for over two days regarding my withdrawal. It is not even a big amount. I have been left extremely frustrated by the lack of support received during this process. I have tried on multiple occasions to withdraw some funds. My transfers kept bouncing back to my Casiny account.I contacted live support. I was told there was a system error regarding withdrawals. This has been for 2 days. I have been given no roadmap no help. All I receive is generic answers. I followed up by email the same scenario robotic copy and paste reply’s 0 help. It is not even a big amount it is just the principle of it at this stage. I would like this issue resolved as I have had it. I am an avid player and when I do on the off chance win I would at least like to get my cash. - I am new here and have already deposited a lot of money. I finally had a big win 4 days ago and I am still waiting for my withdrawal. They asked for additional KYC information which is understandable as all casinos do! I waited another 24 hours just for them to look at my verification and they told me I was missing 1 more piece of information so I uploaded it. Now I’m still waiting….
