I have been having issues for over two…
- (To be fair after a little back and forth it has arrived to my account within a day therefore I’ll change my review)I have been having issues for over two days regarding my withdrawal. It is not even a big amount. I have been left extremely frustrated by the lack of support received during this process. I have tried on multiple occasions to withdraw some funds. My transfers kept bouncing back to my Casiny account.I contacted live support. I was told there was a system error regarding withdrawals. This has been for 2 days. I have been given no roadmap no help. All I receive is generic answers. I followed up by email the same scenario robotic copy and paste reply’s 0 help. It is not even a big amount it is just the principle of it at this stage. I would like this issue resolved as I have had it. I am an avid player and when I do on the off chance win I would at least like to get my cash. - I am new here and have already deposited a lot of money. I finally had a big win 4 days ago and I am still waiting for my withdrawal. They asked for additional KYC information which is understandable as all casinos do! I waited another 24 hours just for them to look at my verification and they told me I was missing 1 more piece of information so I uploaded it. Now I’m still waiting…. There withdrawl policy says UPTO 9 hours which is why I started playing here because it seemed like they do fast withdrawls. - Have enjoyed all the games I have played. Small amounts were paid out within a hour then I hit $400 $400 and a $1652. Took 4 days back and forth with customer support to finally get verified. Then told will be escalated to finance team and will hear back with a email from finance when it will be paid. But yet nothing. Little disappointing to have this happen as the casino is really fun. - Absolutely appalling casino. Before I ever deposited money I made sure my account was verified the 3 times I’ve withdrawn only smaller amounts have taken about 12 hours to process but I just won a higher amount and was asked to re verify my account which I done almost immediately it’s now been 4 days and still nothing. The documents I uploaded still havnt been looked at and my withdrawal is still pending and it’s been 4 days. Everytime I email and ask them what’s happening they tell me they are having a high demand of verifications but let’s face is 4 days and still not even a slight update is crazy!
