- KEEP YOUR MONEY SAFE I WARN YOU!!! I deposited 10 Euros on Saturday of 11th I made a wager and won. The deposit was immediately put on wallet. On withdrawing the winnings It have been five days which is very frustrating and ununderstandable. On contacting the support on Sunday after waiting the withdraw for a long period of time they told me it was three days. Now its the fifth day without my winnings. Be cautious as nothing true is on the company except only depositing. The support are bots and chatgpts that are programmed to cool you down. They tell you that they have no access to finance which is even the worst case to talk to someone who can not solve your issue. KEEP YOUR MONEY SAFE I WARN YOU!!! KEEP YOUR MONEY SAFE I WON YOU!!!! i will update my review as soon as my issue is resolved with an honest feedback but as of now Keep your money safe from scammers. After a week my deposit was successful sent on my wallet address and it was communicated via email and as of now the only problem is boated customer support un ready to answer constructively to what is asked and this is why am leaving 3 stars once this is improved I will give an update thanks to Cazimbo.

- became a new customer today and spoke to them at customer service where I was told that I receive the welcome bonus after my first deposit.. after I made a deposit and claimed my bonus I was told that I do not receive it. cazimbo seems like a new company trying to trick customers with fake bonuses. recommend everyone not to become a customer here

Bonus money disappeared?
- So I deposited 400NOK with a 250% deposit bonus as my first deposit on the website. So in total I started with 400NOK real balance and 1000NOK bonus balance. When I had lost my real balance and was on my bonus balance I had done about 20% of the wager requirement and had 4600NOK in the balance when suddenly all my balance was gone.When I opened the live chat the guy I was talking to couldn’t find this problem and it took about 10-15 minutes until I suddenly got back 1000NOK in bonus balance and I had lost my wagering process.Also I might add this was one of the laggiest casinos I have ever played at. Would recommend staying away.

Way better than i thought....
